This is my favorite luxury house currently for sale in L.A. When I shower I dream I'm showering here lol. It's so vast and open with so many windows that it (probably) feels like being outside - forget about mere outdoor/indoor flow! The grounds are stunning, landscaping, enormous romantic pool and spa (looks like it seats 12 comfortably). Yes, it's too white inside, I'd have to keep my sunglasses on all the time. But this can be changed easily and the house has beautiful bones. And who needs ten bedrooms? Does anyone really want 20 people living with them at one time? The primary suite is excessive in just about every way - this place has maxed out the whole spirit of Hollywood Regency IMHO. As an aside, I'm currently LIVING FOR your "Enis critique" videos Arvin, like checking every day to see if there's a new one. Please do some that have sold, my favorites are 8905 Devlin Pl and 8201 Bellgave Pl. Also I love 1274 (or 1276) Lago Vista which hasn't sold and I can't figure out why. Enis has done all these homes. Thanks!
Great view, and amazing lot for a view property. It's a little, or a lot garish inside, but that can be fixed. They might come close to the price, since almost nothing offers this combination of lot and view.
Advertising it has Bev hills when they are playing you, should get them kicked off the listing sites, buyer doesn’t get the Bev hills cops or fire department and pay mansion tax is nuts 🥜
