@@thezedena3378 I meant having the moon symbol on his wedding sash, not the moon power. Also, Eugene has proven that he respects Rapunzel's choices and supports her in all that she does, so he is a very nice man.
The song ready as I'll ever be kinda gave me a clue cause Cassandra sings proof 'they can trust me' it sounded like she had to gain their trust so no one would suspect her to betray repunzel
My theory is Cassandra wanted revenge because Rapunzel killed her mother mother gothel I mean think about it we don't know who her mother is and they both kinda look alike and since her mother mother gothel wanted the power of the sun flower she wants the power of the moon stone to use its powers to get revenge
We also know that Mother Gothel wasn't spending much time in Rapunzel's tower, so she could well have been spending a lot of the rest of her time with Cassandra. Which would possibly have made them build a genuine mother and daughter relationship. (unless mother Gothel was only using Cass to get a hand on the moonstone.)
I was thinking about gothel's age at first like she is way too old to have babies but remembered she already may have used rapunzel's power to rejuvenate 😶 if I'm not mistaken, cass and rapunzel are almost the same age therefore gothel either rejuvenated and gave birth when she sang yet to a flower (the scene we see at the very start) or when she found and kidnapped rapunzel
The Seven Kingdoms. Sundrop Flower and Moonstone Opal. Healing Incantation and Reverse Incantation. Rapunzel has a pure heart. Cassandra has a tainted heart. Nothing personally Cass.
Kelly McGinnis it’s actually also called the seven kingdoms, they probably made it that in the movie and were like “can’t change it now” when the series started
I have a feeling season 3 will be a race back to corona to free Varian’s father from the Amber now that Rapunzel knows she can actually control her hair powers. I think Rapunzel will lose the race but Varian’s father will be disappointed in him betraying the kingdom and side with Rapunzel. I think the note will come into play. I think both incantation have to be sung together which will free Cassandra from the moondrop cruse and heal her. As a wanted criminal for treason against corona she and Varian’s will decide to live their lives together as criminals watching the wedding from outside of corona.
That's one of the dumbest theories I've heard. Rapunzel doesn't know how to control the rocks, she has to unite the moonstone and sundrop in order to get rid of the black rocks before they destroy the world. And Cassandra has the moonstone, meaning she control the rocks now. Not to mention, Quirin is probably dead or incapacitated from being trapped in the amber. He can't be alive because the note would be useless then. And Chris Sonnenburg, the producer of the show said the note is important to the story. And how would both incantation be sung together? She can't do that, she doesn't know how! Plus, you're about Zhan Tiri, the demon warlock who started this mess in the first place. You're an idiot.

Hi umm Mother Gothel has a real backstory. There is a book called Mother Knows Best that I read. The raindrop is actually called rupunzel, and Gothel isn't zantiris student. One of her ancestors was.
From what I saw of the episode. That little girl ghost knew too much about Cassandra and used a memory so painful to turn her. That is either her mother gothel or the person her mother was a servant for. Sad part is she doesn't even realize that the evil is just using her. It's like she always disliked being in the shadows and wanted someone to blame instead of the one who was the cause.
The drop of sunlight and the drop of moonlight fell from the heavens created Sundrop Flower also known as the Magical Golden Flower and Moonstone Opal. With the formulas are The Healing Incarnation and the Hurt Incarnation also known as Reverse incantation.
Thanks for pronouncing Varian’s name right! Mother Gothel was mad at the queen because she ate her flower. 11:13 we all saw Cass’s betrayal coming! It was that glance, and the door. Varian and Cass are my favorite characters. There’s supposed to be 4 season.
Arctic Ninja Fox There’s only going to be 3 seasons, this has been planned since the beginning. Making more seasons would either add unnecessary filler and stretch out the end (and answers) for WAY longer than needed, or make a whole new storyline that didn’t really work, because the first 3 season were one story, a complete story.
Multiple people have guessed that Cass is Gothel's daughter. It's pretty easy to guess as they share personality traits and even have the rarest eye colour - grey, not only that but they have the exact same hair colour (funnily enough so does Varian). The thing she could "take revenge" over is Repunzel stealing her mother from her. It's said that Cassandra is a few years older than Rapunzel and could *easily* remember a time when she had her mother. She could easily want to hurt Rapunzel in the same way she hurt her - by taking her parents away from her. It's the ultimate betrayal on Gothel's part if it's true.
"1 of your friends betray you" hmmmmmm could it be the love of her life who deeply loves her or this other random girl with the villain name? THIS IS SO HARD!
I think that there are two Cassandras after the incident in The House of Yesterday's Tomorrow. When Cassandra returns through the door, which has fallen from the sky, it's a different person. She acts strange and her hand is not broken anymore, which is a sign it's not her. Maybe it's Gothel, who somehow returns to life (and uses Cassandra's body to do so) to get revenge on Rapunzel? And maybe Cassandra is her daughter? Sooo many theories, what a great show! (I'm not a native English speaker, so I'm sorry in advance for any mistakes xD)
I'd say what gave Cassandra away was in the end of the episode prior to "Destinies Collide" when Eugene is reading the message about some betraying Rapunzel and looks at Cassandra, who then had somewhat sneaky/suspicious/villainous smile/grin on her face.
I think Cassandra is the old lady’s daughter (the one that wants to stay young) and Cassandra didn’t like what rupanzel did to her mom so she’s getting revenge 🤔 or something
Kinda saw it. It's a favourite twist among writers and animators for best friends to betray each other. It's Cassandra's eyebrows, her song about being left out by Rapunzel, and when they escaped their creepy host when Cassandra walked out of that dimension and let go of Rapunzel's hand too quickly. Honestly, I had hoped all those subtle signs were the animators' way of misleading their audience so the real traitor did not show up until the end. As for favourite character: Eugene. Not because the initial animating crew did extensive questioning and research on the perfect man, but because of his overall personality. He wants more out of his relationship with Rapunzel but is willing to wait and learn from not just her but from everyone he meets. He learned from the Captain, the King and Queen, even Cassandra - despite his initial distrust to some of them. He may not be Rapunzel's voice of reason, but he is her biggest cheerleader, and she is his biggest believer.
I actually wanted Eugene to be able to control the moondrop. Just think, Rapunzel is the light, and Eugene is the dark. They balance and complete each other, and after all he IS the prince of the dark kingdom, while Rapunzel is pretty much the princess that is surrounded by the sun.
THIS IS MY THEORY/OPINION PLS DONT HATE. PLS READ IF U C THIS 2:36 woah hold on remember in the end of tangled raps hair was chopped off. It still should've been gold cuz at 2:36 it shows the clip of raps as a baby and her hair was cut a tiny bit (none the less cut) and yet only the CHOPPED part lost its power so no matter how big or small a cut her hair should've still been gold and magical at the end of the movie.
Watch. They'll pull every string possible and it will turn out that Cassandra is really Gothel in her younger body. Being a handmade and a royal guard would bring her really close to Rapunzel. And the "I tried to warn you Rapunzel" will be a call back to Mother knows best.
Last time I watched tangled it was just a lighthearted Disney fairy tale movie, but now there’s so much to it and it’s kind of fascinating to watch it unravel
obviously something happened to cassandra in the house of yesterday’s tomorrow when she basically spent the entire episode in a room and it wasn’t revealed what she saw, but it was probably what made her do this. i haven’t seen anything in season 3 except for the first episode so i don’t actually know if that’s revealed, but i kind of knew it was going to be her to betray rapunzel
It is Rapunzels destiny to unite the Sun and Moon drop, but it was never specified how exactly shes supposed to do that. Nobody ever said that Rapunzel was supposed to wield the Moonstone. Just unite them. In other words its Rapunzels destiny to convince the wielder of the Moonstone to help her. It means Rapunzel and Cassandra have to join forces.
*Whither and decay* *End this destiny* *Break these earthly chains* *And set the spirit free* *The spirit free* Also. How weird is it to hear someone say Zhan instead of Zhan tiri ‘And the rest of her crew’ Right. Rapunzel and Eugene
Cassandra cannot be Mother Gothel's daughter. Mother Gothel was born during the renaissance (1400s - 1600s) and Tangled takes place during the 1780s. I doubt Mother Gothel would still be fertile enough, being over 100 years old, to give birth to a child 4 years before Repunzel's birth.
(Sorry, its a bit of a long one..lol) The facts are simple really. From the very beginning, Cassandra did anything and everything she could muster to prove herself more than what everyone saw her as, or her title as a lady in wait. At some points had got to the point of obsession and at times sabotage to do so even against her fellow friends. Whether or not this was the initial intention from the VERY beginning is foggy pending back story recaps, evidence shows that Cassandra felt closed off and repressed, the polar opposite of Rapunzel's lighter than life personality, where by all accounts, would have her get away with most anything and everything due to privilege, (will gladly give examples) in which could be looked upon either as "luck" or taking the advantage being who she was. That and the manifestation of what happens at the end of "Rapunzeltopia" (S2Ep21), there was clearly either a time portal or dimensional rift that brought Cassandra to the Great Tree, either during, or just before all the conflicts started, or her damaged left arm. Theory: She saw what the power was capable of with the Sun Drop's ability, therefore the destructive power of the Moon Stone could bestow upon her. Being in the same episode of "The Great Tree", Cassandra goes into a song of being left behind and never being noticed because of who she is, not what is capable of. All of which, if influenced enough, whether by outside or internal conflicts, would cause such a radical change of character. The hint however, of Owl's reaction, stipulates that because of the situations that unfolded regarding the Great Tree incident, could be the one from another strand of time Cassandra replaced the original, and thus expresses that concept. However, due to the Mirror World dimension from Mirror Mirror, (S2Ep19) we have reason to believe that a doppelganger would be prominent at this point, though at the same time would be very unlikely and put watchers astray. Proof you may ask? Absolutely. At the series finale "Destinies Collide", there is no longer damage to her arm that was damaged back at Great Tree. Therefore consensus stipulates, that because of this, it would have been one from the past who has either corrupted themselves, and there for could not been a "Mirror Copy" being that it would have still been there. And for any who would attempt to debunk that the magic healed it, until proven otherwise, the Moon Stone only possesses destructive capabilities and decay, therefore incapable of Sun Drops healing prowess available. THIS DOES, however, could be the difference between the cause and reason the wielder of power's intentions are. No different than FROZEN, where it was seen as a curse and not a gift, there for caused damage, others COULD misconstrue decay and destruction with ONLY negative intentions, other than the "end" or completion of ones life or journey. As the series has shown time and again, it is all about perspective. Which, in the long run is most likely where it is going. Conclusion: Either at the END end, they come together, Cassandra seeing that the easy way is not always the best way regardless how Rapunzel's measures prove contradictory, work to save the 7 kingdoms by coming together to be rid of that which caused damage and balance it with the light, releasing Varian's father in the process, or Rapunzel would have the make the hardest decision of her life in order to either save the kingdom's or her friend and find a means to accomplish this by taking out Cassandra, or a clever means to accomplish both with something clever. This is STILL Disney we are talking about people, chances they will go the safe route are more the likely path. However, the writers MAY surprise us with more growth and self reliance to our Sun Haired Blossoming Queen. Thank you for your time, and sorry for the long read. ^_^; (Please comment thoughts or rebuttals if any, though would ask to do so being that research or evidence has been established beforehand instead of the nonsensical "NUH UH!!!" simply because. Progressive discussions if at all possible would be appreciated.)
Okay, here's my crackpot theory. Are we sure that this is really Cassandra? She was separated from the others a few episodes back when she went through that food at the Magic Inn. That is either her mother gothel or the person her mother was a servant for. Sad part is she doesn't even realize that the evil is just using her. It's like she always disliked being in the shadows and wanted someone to blame instead of the one who was the cause.
THIS IS SO WELL EXPLAINED IM FOREVER GRATEFUL
The drop of sunlight and the drop of moonlight fell from the heavens
created Sundrop Flower also known as the Magical Golden Flower and Moonstone Opal.
With the formulas are The Healing Incarnation and the Hurt Incarnation also known as Reverse incantation.
Season 3 tomorrow yalllllll. So excited, we get to learn what made Cassandra do that!!.....October 7th🌞
C2018: Prove they can trust me! (Ready as I'll ever be song)
C2019: You have to be careful who to trust.
IS THERE 😶😥
4 saisons??!! ou a-tu pris cette information-la??????
We must wait for the season 3 of this show.
📺
5:49 the voice changed a little bit of a higher pitch from before
More edit’s soon!
11:20 “Who’s your favourite character???” Rapunzel of course:)
Yay!! You featured Varian!!!
I just quit internet for a few months and THIS happend !?
😆😆
I finally finished the series and I wish it didn’t end so soon. I wanted to see more of her adventures. Rapunzel is so inspiring.
Saw her betrayal coming from the right start, just gave off those type of vibes tbh
The Things. I am so happy I found your channel!
I love the healing and decay incantation songs!
I wish for season 4!!
I actually wanted Eugene to be able to control the moondrop. Just think, Rapunzel is the light, and Eugene is the dark. They balance and complete each other, and after all he IS the prince of the dark kingdom, while Rapunzel is pretty much the princess that is surrounded by the sun.
Season 1 Cass: “cause they can trust me”
Season 2: be careful who u trust
Season 3: I’m crossing the line
Real warrior cats fans know that the moonstone is actually in highstones
Undergamer Animations/kittenkate ya
Lmao "dark kingdom who? I don't know her!"
duh lol
Yes exacly. Just rest there.
Friday's With Olani Her hair was cut completely. There wasn’t a single strand that wasn’t cut. That’s why it all turned brown.
'black rock'.....sounds like another MCU's infinity stone
Watch. They'll pull every string possible and it will turn out that Cassandra is really Gothel in her younger body. Being a handmade and a royal guard would bring her really close to Rapunzel. And the "I tried to warn you Rapunzel" will be a call back to Mother knows best.
“You... are my son.” WOW 🔥🔥
Last time I watched tangled it was just a lighthearted Disney fairy tale movie, but now there’s so much to it and it’s kind of fascinating to watch it unravel
Saw her betrayal from a mile away, and I was just waiting for it!
obviously something happened to cassandra in the house of yesterday’s tomorrow when she basically spent the entire episode in a room and it wasn’t revealed what she saw, but it was probably what made her do this. i haven’t seen anything in season 3 except for the first episode so i don’t actually know if that’s revealed, but i kind of knew it was going to be her to betray rapunzel
Goddamn! The story is deep as hell. Like almost one piece level deep LOL
I knew Cassandra would be the "bad guy" the first time I saw her. We know how Disney draw their villains, she had everything about it.
Yes she does.
Thanks for everything, I wasn't know about all of this things 😁❤️
*Whither and decay*
*End this destiny*
*Break these earthly chains*
*And set the spirit free*
*The spirit free*
Also. How weird is it to hear someone say Zhan instead of Zhan tiri
‘And the rest of her crew’
Right.
(Sorry, its a bit of a long one..lol)
The facts are simple really.
Thank you for your time, and sorry for the long read. ^_^;
(Please comment thoughts or rebuttals if any, though would ask to do so being that research or evidence has been established beforehand instead of the nonsensical "NUH UH!!!" simply because. Progressive discussions if at all possible would be appreciated.)
Cassandra had it all planned, she was the one who brought Rapunzel to the place where the Sundrop Flower use to grow.
King Edmond only said “you are my son” because star wars would sue them if they said “i am your father.”
Darnit. I really loved the Varian moon theory lol
Cassandra might possibly be rapunsle twin sister cause they have the same eyes and same hair when rapunsle hair was cut
the “you are my son” part reminded me of Star Wars lol
“who are you?” “i am your father”
When is season 3 coming?
It’s at the TBA stage right now. I looked it up
@@mayathegreat48 TBA?
LindaCreations To be announced. ( not announced yet )
@@mayathegreat48 oh okay thanks
@@AppleWhiteFan ok thanks 😊
I don't mean to sound rude but technically the name of Season 3's first episode is called Rapunzel's Return
No👏one👏cares👏who👏watched👏this👏first
It’s not like people care about your comment to so I have no idea why you even wrote it
Carlos Catarino
Ooooooo SOMEones defensive 🙃🙃😚
Carlos Catarino did you write on yourself...? 😉
And no one cared about this
Legend
Edmund: YOU ARE MY SUN!
Ugine: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Omg much like star wars
I want Varian back ngl
Gothel wants the Sundrop Flower to make herself young and beautiful forever and she never loved and cared about Cassandra at all
I can’t wait to see the finally!
Okay, here's my crackpot theory. Are we sure that this is really Cassandra? She was separated from the others a few episodes back when she went through that food at the Magic Inn. And there are theories that Cassandra is the secret daughter of Gothel. And that the Magic door was where Cassandra learned the truth. Well, if that's true, could it be that the Cassandra who emerged isn't the real Cassandra? But Gothel using her form?
Wow thank you for Filling Me in I was so confused
Yep
How about watching the actual series instead of someone that think they know something they don't
Ok then
