    Hi Leanne my fav free food meal would have to be messy omelette at the moment which is 3 eggs scrambled with bacon and mushrooms chopped up in it. I love chocolate porridge as my HEB and milk or cheese as my HEA. I use syns on mostly salt and vinegar walkers crisps and I love some chocolate such as a malteser bunny xx

    My favourite free food is quark, but i add my hexb grape nuts, fozen fruit and sweetner. Then leave it for about an hour delicious 😋
    If you have it before the grape nuts are like eating gravel not to be recommended x well done on the 1/2lb loss whoop whoop 🎉Anna is the consultant and Clare is the member 💕

    HexA/B might also be ryvitas spread with dairylea light n topped with sliced boiled egg, cucumber slices, tomatoes etc or 1 tspn peanut butter (syn) n very thin slices of apple!

    My favourite free food is chicken. Either full or boneless...I create many many recipes from this one free food. Casseroles, kebabs, 'mock' pies, stirfrys, soups, lasagne, pizza, fakeaways, etc, each time adding lots of speed foods in it, ie onions, peppers, mushrooms, green beans, carrots, spinach, butternut squash, swede, cauliflower cabbage, green beans, pumpkin and so so much more!
    I use my syns in lower calorie crisps IE french fries/supermarket own brand, quavers, pom bear, thingies etc or, sugar free sweet drops from also or similar. I avoid chocolate as it is trigger food for me! Also sometimes use my syns incorporated in meals, ie corn flour, cocoa powder, oil/butter, sauces etc.
    Also hexA/B, I use some in milk for coffees n mayb measured cheese to top lasgnes, or dairylea light to make creamier curry, n oats/Weetabix/grapenuts to make SW friendly muffins, cookies, pancakes etc for that special treat feeling without any guilt...some days might have slivered almonds/pistachios/cashews/ peanuts/sultanas etc to top up any sw desserts I have made! X
