I so agree with you that the SW meetings are to long, and going to every body is boring. I would like them to change and may be more people would stay to the meetings.
Hi Leanne, Well done on your weighloss this week and 3 stones is a brilliant achievement... Congratulations! I follow SW. Have never tried WW and calorie counting had made me mentality crazy with numbers. I was hungry all the time and completely obsessed with food as was choosing unhealthy convenience stuff ie 2 snicker choc bars, 2 crisps, 2 fruits, a frozen meal etc...to add up to the daily calorie allowance allowed...it was not teaching me how to eat healthy. SW gave me the phycological freedom to enjoy my food healthyly and to be in control rather than food controlling me. But whichever plan you follow, at the end of the day we are all in the same boat and especially now in this current situation, bloggers like you are keeping me sane, upbeat and positive. Whoop whoop congratulations 🥳 I fell of the wagon spectacularly gained 6lbs over Easter then managed to lose 2 2/2lb before I officially weighed on Thursday. So I’m just over my target. Lost my mojo so if you see it send it into my direction . Stay safe lovelies ❤️

That 3 years have gone by so quick Leanne on the purple plan you get 16sp a day 28 weeklies and over 300 free food I'm doing the blue plan 23 so a day 28 weeklies and over 100 free foods forgot the green plan points totally agree about the meetings I've done sw the meetings took to long and were very personal that's why I love our ww meetings not so personal xxs
Hello Belinda, Ah yes, the Blue plan, I can't remember what they called it but that was the plan that started when Dad was ill it is a combination of the points and no count. Purple is a little bit like food optimising, but you don't get extra weekly syns, which actually would help. I agree with you regarding the meetings I do think that WW are more educational and that is what I enjoy. Are WW doing remote meetings via Zoom like SW? It’s a difficult one to get a balance, but I think a talk or cooking demonstrations would be good like Kim used to do at Weight Watchers
