If you wanna know, the damage out put of zsd is so big and so easily targeted on a specific monster part (you grab onto it after all) that the Devs decided to vastly reduce the part break modifier of this attack. I do no have the numbers if I had to take a guess I'd say it's 30% part break of the total damage or something.
This is the most broken strat in the game, and I mean for all weapons. For most monsters it’s so easy to just latch onto their tail and ZSD until death
Hey dude, thank you SOO MUCH. I've finally beaten Fatalis with ZSD spam after countless failure. My biggest problem has always been chargin the sword mode. But after seeing you use rocksteady before enraging him, i can finally get a free window to charge the sword. Also using the one-shot binder had been something that got me thinking "what is the most optimal way to use it?" But you made me realize that it could also be shot for another window to charge the sword. Again, thank you so much.
Damn, this build still works amazingly well. Just tried it out and got a kill first try. I was using Max Might and Partbreaker but you don't even need those with this. damn.
This is the easiest way to kill him i used it quite often it basically trivialized the fight. Been trying to get better at cone baiting with frostcraft GS lately. Also for anyone who uses swax pre fatty if you get gold rath chest piece and coil and then lunastra head arms and legs it goves you divine blessing and tool specialist secret with both maxed out and recommend either raging brach or ruiner nerg swax
Bahahah. That’s funny. I unknowingly have the same armour set up as this dude. Rime guard helmet for that huge divine blessing and the rest fatalis armour for the auto 100 health and 100 stamina. Checking the skills I have the EXACT same set up. Except my agitator is at 6 while my evade window is maxed out.
@@konrushi8830 you probably found out how already. But you need to make a ZSD spam build that has at least power prolonger that doubles the time you can use your sword mode (and ZSD), as well as tool specialist so you can use temporal and rocksteady very often to get that ZSD spam in

Other weapons: complicated combos with precise timings and micromanaging for big damage
