  • after long nights and barely fitting our tight deadline, we fired the truck up at 4:30 am without much luck of it running well. we decided to tackle the issue the next day and we discovered a few fueling issues and finally got it to fire up and run. we let it get up to temperature and finally took it for a test drive!!! more fun videos to come!!

    Hey Bud...can you please tell me what you had to do to keep the a/c with the turbo setup. What manifolds? What engine mounts?etc. What problems if any did you run into? Your video is the only example I have found of a turbo c10 with a/c. Thanks, Jamie

      I currently don’t have the compressor on it, but at the location, you could run a low mount compressor and it would be tight but can clear. I am running the trick t4 manifold and an eBay high flow manifold for drivers side. Then just linked them. I’m running the
      Muscle rods mounts but really, ict and Holley and lots of others make mounts for these trucks now. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have!

    any information on the intercooler setup? I have same grill and was looking at installing intercooler just don't know how much I would have to modify. Do you have a part number to the intercooler you purchased?

    Can’t you order some 12inch wide steel rear wheels and put hub caps back on? It would look menacing with wide steel rear wheels, I’ve seen them!

      I run 10s on my radials. 12s look good but with a bubble tire, it rubs the inner fender and outer quarter when you drive the way I drive.

    So how did the tsp chop monster cam do on boost? Need some input if you don’t mind before I buy the cam

      It did fair. I don’t believe it was the best choice for the application, but it ran and drive great. Sounded insane too. But as far as the turbo stuff goes, I’m currently running the SS2 boost cam and it’s legit

      @Hot Rod Homestead twin 525!? Are you using stock fuel sending unit or a make shift unit?

    • @hotrodhomestead
      @hotrodhomestead  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@vernonchaney65 one 525 is hung on factory sending unit, the other, I drilled and installed a grommet and dangled it into slosh section of tank.
