I guess that kind of confirms George’s iteration is separate from Michael Keaton’s. Batman & Robin is an entirely different continuity from Batman/Batman Returns
This trend of people going to see an entire nearly 3 hour movies for post credit scenes is insane. I would love one of these superhero movies have an especially long credits (like 15 minutes) and then have the Lonney Tunes "dun-dun-dun dun dun dun. That's all folks!"
Also No Way Home taught Hollywood the right amount of fan service nostalgia bait will trick people into not noticing a horrible script and story.

The purpose of the movie was to make money, and it did - bucket loads...

I think he need help. He was drunk dying those moments he hit those women so clealry he has an issue, but I don’t think he should JUST Be in jail for it
Thanks for this review. Though I really hate Ezra Miller, I’ll probably go see this movie, just to see Michael Keaton again as Batman.
The Flash: Batpoint Paradox may have been more accurate a title. Well, at least we can finally put the nail in the coffin that is the Snyderverse (I hope).
No chance in hell. This film, which is loaded with Snyderverse characters, will be the highest grossing DCEU film of all time. These actors arent going anywhere.

Same. When I saw Zod in the trailer I was sold. Shannon is an underrated actor and his Zod was so threatening.
HATE that criminal, but you guys made me really interested now; I am totally seeing this movie.
He needs mental health help but we live in a stupid society that affirms delusions instead of helping them all.

Chris does great reviews but man sometimes he will explain the entire film. The Back to the Future reference would’ve been nice to have seen than spoiled.

That's the moment at which I stopped watching.
DC started with this multiverse thing (in comics) way before Marvel. Basically the first time I've seen they use it was in Atari Force back in '83
What Zack did with superman can not be topped.
Unfortunately we will never get a serious DC movie again.
It was topped by Superman 1-3, Superman Returns, Superman and Lois, and pretty much every animated show or movie featuring Superman.
Yeah, you can't top making Superman a charisma-less doormat that stood like a bitch while he watched his father die for some dumb pseudo-intellectual nonsense. Zach really took the idea of Superman, of hope, and dipped it in a septic tank of dumb, edgy deconstructive 'realism' that's pure PRETENSE.
Only the dumbest of the dumb defend the Snyderverse. It's fucking stupid. It's shallow, it's meandering and directionless. It's basic. It's dumb filler sandwich between slow, lumbering "action scenes" that consist of POSING. Fucking POSING. Nonstop slo mo POSING. POSTURING. FAKE. No momentum.
So a substitute trinity with flash, supergirl, and cgi batman instead of supes, batman, and wonder woman sounds almost interesting.
Thank you Chris for this fresh and honest review! I agree completely. I am a Keaton Batfan and I grew up in the later parts of the silver and bronze age of comics. The Flash is not perfect but I don't think it as terrible as some are making it out to be. "Godzilla King of the Monsters" got a load of bad reviews when it came out but as a Godzilla fan from the original series it had what I wanted to see in a Godzilla movie. I think the Flash is the same. Yes they might have had better CGI but with Warner's reorganization and Ezra Millers mental health issues I think the director did a good job with what he was given and he had a heart for the fans of Batman. I got a real Back to the Future/No Way Home vibe and I just hadn't got that with the lot of DC movies. The first Shazam was refreshing change but it was a single example. Thank you again and I appreciate your views.

I'm going to watch this movie based on Chris's review on Open Bar. I won't see it in theaters because I hate that, but I would love to have that one last moment of nostalgia with old actors that I love, and just ignore Ezra if I can.
I will totally watch this movie. Not paying for it obviously.

Correct me if I’m wrong, isn’t Barry Allen comedic and sometimes have one lines and jokes in the comics, hasn’t he always been the comedic relief for the Justice League?
Yes Kiersey clemons i been fallowing her since she did the movie “Dope” and i saw her in the movie “Sweetheart” which she was stranded on a island with a monster…i think it was a Netflix movie but i watched her in that, and when she was in Zack snyders justice league, she was the one that berry saved in the car slowing down time…it was her aswell she just had long hair which is rare for her…she looks lovely but as you might guess shes a part of the pronoun brigade so…there’s that

I saw a sneak preview of the Flash last night. That big reveal at the end Chris is talking about is the official end of the movie. Nothing is cut off. That is the end of the movie.

I’m excited to see a new Batman film with Keaton, as I was 10 when I saw Batman ‘89 and it changed my whole world. I’m not excited to watch Ezra x2 and I know that Batman is to get my butt in the seat. I know when I have been beat.

I agree with Chris. I didn't like Batman Beyond either. Just saying. And this is coming from a DC guy.
Michael Keaton's Batman and Supergirl dies in the film. Christopher Reeve and George Reeves make CGI cameos. Adam West and surprisingly, Nicholas Cage as a alternative Superman fighting a supervillan as well. Ezra Miller was so annoying in this film. It's Michael Keaton's film bar none. Gal Gadot makes a quick cameo at a bridge battle scene with Ben Affleck Batman.
Why is everyone getting so upset with the Supergirl aesthetic? She's obviously Kryptonian. Remember Faora? Plus the dark hair shows straight away she's an El. Great costume too.

Ezra miller is terrible as the flash and James Gunn will recast him or use Wally West. I’m only going to see this movie for Batman and Micheal Shannon. I’m glad the Hack Snyder verse is ending. It was a long time coming.

Supergirl should have blonde long hair and a skirt not the short haircut.

Sorry, not a big fan of Keaton Batman (Val Kilmer better) and I don't even like Ezra Miller (real life criminal)'s Flash/Barry Allen. And it looks like an alternate version because the Tim Burton aesthetics of Gotham City in Batman 89 and Batman Returns were gothic and completely different from this movie. Definitely not the same Keaton Batman. Plus, Grant Gustin's Flash and Brandon Routh's Superman (my personal favorite) were deal breakers for me. No one is excited for Nicholas Cage Superman and Bale Batman actually getting to do heavy martials arts superhero action outside of Nolanverse (like Bale in Equilibrium) would have been more epic. Routh Superman and Bale Batman were supposed to be world's finest. 😢 So I'll pass.

Chris, do yourself a favor and watch the first two episodes of Batman Beyond before you make a big assumption and hate it. You lost a lot of credibility and your B.S showed through your teeth when you bashed Batman Beyond knowing absolutely nothing about it.
Two Ezra Millers is two too many for me.
