The thing is he isn’t snitching. He’s not confessing. He’s bragging. He’s merely explaining in his mind. He doesn’t believe what he’s doing is wrong. Many pedophiles and child traffickers are in the same boat. They don’t think what they’re doing is wrong, so they way they talk about what they do is going to be different than someone who clearly knows what they’re doing is wrong but does it anyway. Now a pedophile or child trafficker will be more discreet with their language because it’s hella illegal. But with someone like Tate, the lines around what he’s doing can appear blurred because he’s dealing with adults and he isn’t outright kidnapping people.
The problem with this Andrew Tate situation is the fact that most people will not take the time to watch his old videos like CLR just did. They will take his word in the present day not knowing how polished it is vs how he was in the past. I saw these old vids doing my own research and feel he is a very manipulative individual who has to have a very shady side.
Even before I saw this video, I knew that he got into some shady business, because that's the kind of character he is. I know these types. I've met them. Give them a chance to cam out their girlfriend, they do it in a heartbeat.
That being said, I think these days are long behind him. It's not a sustainable business model. Self snitching like in this video was incredibly stupid, from a legal perspective, the tax thing.
So in hindsight, his mistakes at that period in his life were:
- Not actually paying taxes. Dumb.
- Lying to the girls
- Having sex with the girls to emotionally manipulate them (reptilian mindset)
To remedy he'd have to had paid taxes and given them an actual 50/50 cut.
Those were his crimes in this regard.

It is RIDICULOUS because we're not talking about a sales gig where you have no hand in the product or service being sold. These women create the product, perform services, AND makes many of the sales. They are almost the entire business model. If you do all that shit and accept only 30%, you're being fleeced. He admitted that he creates and maintains the "fallacy" (his word) that they need him. They *don't* need him. So giving him 70% or even 50% of the profit is _ridiculous._
It is IRRELEVANT because he admits to giving them less than amount he agreed on (50%). He's dishonorable and defrauding them 20%. That is textbook criminal fraud. Like, this could literally be an example of employer fraud in a criminal law or business ethics course. And in a few years, it may be.
