They did change how damaging planeswalkers work, but if it says any target, that includes planeswalkers. The pre-errata version of "any target" was "target creature or player" but you could redirect non-combat damage from players to their planeswalkers.

Incase you didn't know, fogs are cards that affect an entire board. Ya know, like a fog rolling into a town, it covers everything.
He basically has a 'nuke the entire game' card in their Commander game.
need to add a rule were you can tap 6 mana to reverse rotation to prevent trolling.
