I can recall the Bryant and May factory so well. I did a survey to add a noise protection system for the staff. Literary a tree was loaded into a machine which chappie into smaller pieces and eventually a matchstick was produced. The chemicals were off loaded off a ship and mixed in the factory. Matchsticks were then dipped into the phosphorus and then dried and went into the box. This interview is a great reminder of my experience in the eighties as I went from Liverpool to New York in 1981 and opened up an office which led to me living and working in the USA to the late eighties, in the Video games business. Designed games for Sega, Atari and Namco. So can relate to our CEO in so many ways. This interview is so revealing in regards to Peters grounding and experience. Looks like our club has a great asset.
What a lovely guy

Some wonderful anecdotes in there. I'm Liverpool-born living in America too.
Excellent interview.
I had a Sega Saturn. What a time to be alive.
Yep, Sega's demise will be etched in your memory forever.
