Signora is more like a Cocolia expy. Himeko is usually depicted as kind and/or a brawler, which Signora is not. The only similarity is that they’re both related to fire.
Signora were 1 to 1 cocolia looks, expy or Variant like Himeko's were always red headed just like yae always pink haired or Raiden always purple haired (shades of purple). At least there were no known expy/variant with different hair colors/design that too far from each other that it unrecognizable.

The hairstyle is very similar, with that sort of sloppily tied back but with a little hanging over the shoulder look. She even has the fur collar. When I look up Cocolia, I see that the hair and eye color are the same, but not much else (superficially, of course). Her palette seems to be white and green. All the pictures I see have her with drill hair. Not to mention she seems to be typecast as a mother figure from what I can see. None of that really maps to Signora. I’d say the biggest hiccup in my guess is the fact that Vanessa exists and has bright red hair like Himeko and is said to be a “Muratan”. So I could definitely be tilting at windmills here, but I see all of these little similarities and I can’t help but be suspicious (especially with the academic background, the flames, and the whole death thing). Either way, I guess we’ll find out in Natlan

I think I'd cry if the the pyro archon wore a kente cloth. Seeing a character wearing a textile from my (Ghanaian) culture in a game as big as Genshin would be all I've ever wanted and more. My life would be complete and I'd finally be able to see the pearly gates. But that's probably not gonna happen. Also, I feel like it's possible that just like how Egeria chose Focalors to replace her, Murata could have chosen a phoenix to be the next pyro archon so that the throne could be destroyed without the archon having to sacrifice themself. If natlan follows sumeru and fontaine (and I guess Liyue) it'll have a mechanism or system of sorts that embodies the nation's ideal, is powered by the gnosis, and is part of the archon's grand plan. Wouldn't be surprised if we talk to Murata in there. But this is just copium, chances are she'll be an anime waifu so they can earn megabucks.
