Why did the stuntman become a director and create a franchise?

Everyone loves the action in John Wick (me included), but honestly my favorite part is the lore and world building. The thought of an entire group of assassins that follow certain rules and ethics is so cool. The desert place, the hotel, the ballerina stuff. Love it

The problem is that this secret society of assassins seems to have absolute control over the whole world.

The entire Wick franchise is a mixture of a modern day western and samurai masterpiece. It's at the level of Kurosawa and Leone's movies. Every kill was done for a purpose and a great reason because it's love and poetry in motion at the end.

There is one line in the movie at the end where they question is he is in hell or heaven.. if the line was "who are we to judge" was used instead of "who knows " this could give the movie a new depth .. cane being blind we judged his disability and the nobody character was also misjudged etc. I would definitely make an alternative ending with this line

I liked the first one, but the ones that came after were a little over the top. The silencer scene was so silly for instance.
