I'm Dutch, but I'm not watching that broadcast anymore, so much cringe worthy moments. Quite a lot of them are full of themselves and most of them don't know much about F1 (guests etc.). I don't really like it when people find themselves or their studio more important then the race (drivers). If they were more real instead of trying to be 'awesome'/'funny' and at least would try to be objective in their analysis then I might return to watch their broadcast. Thankfully the internet gives me the chance to watch other broadcasts of the races. But that's just me, everyone is free to have their opinion and such ;)
Most likely they filmed this before AR posted the video. Just like before Honda posted the nervous water drinker that WTF retweeted. Remember, they film shortly after the race ends. It just doesn't get uploaded until the next day (most likely) because they have to edit, do sound, blah, blah, video stuff...
Think F1 confirmed it's a technical issue. People who voted for Verstappen reported it showing up as if they voted for Kubica. Seems pretty straight forward that Max is the DotD so not sure why they dont just do that.
When voting on Mobile devices in my case Note 4. it does vote for someone else when you click a racer (probably with all racers). i Voted for max and got Russel instead. Not that it matters now Kubica can say he won something.

The standard of the race broadcast has took a dive after FOM took over - the information on the screen is lacking or totally useless, the use of picture in picture is non existent, the middle teams are only sometimes shown even though the best on track battles are fought there.

Personally I think if the stewards can't make a decision before the podium ceremony it's probably equally(ish) both driver's fault and should automatically be considered a racing incident
I think in a case like this with 2 drivers, the drivers steward should be asked if one driver disadvantaged the other unfairly. If it was clearly a racing move, decided by the FIA's racing driver representative, it should not need to be investigated any more. In a case like cutting a corner and gaining an advantage, or start line procedure, sure bring out the rule books and have a chat about it. If the FIA's driver representative can't decide what is fair racing and what is not, why are they there at all.

i know everyone complaining we didnt see Carlos Sainz overtaking anyone on TV, but there was so much going on at the front for once, he did indeed fight his way through, and he did amazingly, but it was in the midfield, and when there is action at the front 1-10, TV takes priority over that action.

Starting on soft worked fine for Leclarc, nobody could have predicted the pace of Verstappen. Also the bad pit stop was because there was a radio issue so the crew didn’t get the call. It’s not like they were just too lazy to get out there.
Ferrari's only real fuck up this weekend was the pitstop really. Bottas had nothing on Leclerc and if the pitstop had gone well, Vettel would have gotten passed Bottas as well. Ferrari focussed purely on Mercedes as they are the leaders in the constructors. I don't think they really expected Verstappen to come back after his horrendous start, but at the same time. Ferrari isn't racing against Red Bull this year.. they are up against Mercedes.
The strategy was acc bang on , for Vettel doh the pit stops messed him up . I bet you everyone would fear merc over red bull any day so I don’t think anyone expected verstappen to do that well .
this race put f1 back on the map for me. a supremely boring season and finally some pulse pounding action while max was storming towards the win near the end. was great to have my heart pounding outside the initial start.
Hamilton's front wing broke from the T1 sausage curb. His constant running over it broke the aero strakes on the underside of the wing. They are used for directing air around the front tires and or to the bargeboards more efficiently.

I honestly believe Gasly's car isn't quite the same as Max's. Setups keep on changing. In France's Q2 he was something like 0.3 behind Verstappen, but setup changes in Q3 made him drop some tens of seconds. He doesn't seem to fit in redbull either, and adding pressure onto him doesn't help :/

The pressure from ferrari is making him crack. Austria was a great race but I think it feels even more better because we had such boring races (except Bahrain) in 2019. If we look back to 2018 that was a hell of a season. China with the tense at the end Bahrain and Germany or Silverstone with the fight of the big four and of course Italy wich was soo damn amazing.

Ferrari messed it up again: starting on soft tyres, messing up Sebs pit stop and therefore denying him a podium.
Starting on soft worked fine for Leclarc, nobody could have predicted the pace of Verstappen.
Also the bad pit stop was because there was a radio issue so the crew didn’t get the call. It’s not like they were just too lazy to get out there.
Ferrari is cursed, seb got denied a possible p2 and then they got fucked over by the stewards again
Oh and don't forget sebs qualifying, he got denied a guaranteed p2 and a possible pole
Ferrari's only real fuck up this weekend was the pitstop really. Bottas had nothing on Leclerc and if the pitstop had gone well, Vettel would have gotten passed Bottas as well. Ferrari focussed purely on Mercedes as they are the leaders in the constructors. I don't think they really expected Verstappen to come back after his horrendous start, but at the same time. Ferrari isn't racing against Red Bull this year.. they are up against Mercedes.
The strategy was acc bang on , for Vettel doh the pit stops messed him up . I bet you everyone would fear merc over red bull any day so I don’t think anyone expected verstappen to do that well .

this race put f1 back on the map for me. a supremely boring season and finally some pulse pounding action while max was storming towards the win near the end. was great to have my heart pounding outside the initial start.
Hamilton's front wing broke from the T1 sausage curb. His constant running over it broke the aero strakes on the underside of the wing. They are used for directing air around the front tires and or to the bargeboards more efficiently.

I honestly believe Gasly's car isn't quite the same as Max's. Setups keep on changing. In France's Q2 he was something like 0.3 behind Verstappen, but setup changes in Q3 made him drop some tens of seconds. He doesn't seem to fit in redbull either, and adding pressure onto him doesn't help :/

Austria was a great race but I think it feels even more better because we had such boring races (except Bahrain) in 2019. If we look back to 2018 that was a hell of a season. China with the tense at the end Bahrain and Germany or Silverstone with the fight of the big four and of course Italy wich was soo damn amazing.

For salty Ferrari fan, you should hear Vettel post race interview. Because he himself said, "just let us racing".
He also said that they should be the one to judge if there was a penalty or not. His point was that the stewards cannot decide for the drivers. Not a ferrari fan, but I'm disappointed with this season decisions.
He didn't saw the accident at the time. Anyway I'm fine he didn't get a penalty but fia should be more consistent. Otherwise you go straight every corner push driver outside and pass them lol

Vettel didn't had control in the grass and got a penalty, verstappen had control and deliberately went wide because he knew ferrari was quicker in the straight. We can call them both racing accident so why penalize one and not the other?

Great video as always WTF1. As much as I enjoyed the race, I personally don’t think the race will be remembered as an all time classic. I think it is just being hyped up as the rest of this season has been utter shite. In comparison to “Epic Races” over the past few seasons, this race does not come close imo
