thank you for your video, I have a big issue it's been over 4 days waiting for a reply from Flodesk and still haven't received a reply from them😞 When someone new fills out my opt-in form the email with freebie is not going through even though it is published and I only have 1 segment, it's not in spam either, do you know any ways to solve it?
I have this same issue. Have you figured out how to fix it? Seems like the emails don't get sent in the first place in my case from looking at the analytics. I just signed up for the free trial and set up a workflow to take a segment through 7 day challenge. I have 4 who opted in & all received the welcome email they get upon opting in. However, each trigger and email sequence that's set up they get dropped. so day 1 the email was delivered to 2, then day 2 zero. I emailed support yesterday but haven't heard back and don't expect to hear back from them for few days. In the mean time, I have emails that are not getting sent.
This video was so helpful in setting up the workflow. Thank you! However, I'm seeing that the emails don't get delivered in the sequence the way they're supposed to and people get dropped but still shows as active in the workflow. Maybe I'm pausing and updating too often? Although that wasn't the problem the first day. I've contacted flodesk support but haven't heard from them. If you have any tips as to what would cause people to get dropped I'd most appreciate it. Or do you already have a video on this?

Hi, if we created many segments for freebies, does the same person who signed up for the first freebie have to sign up again to get the second freebie?
I manually added my personal email into the segment to see what the workflow looks like and it is published but I didn't receive anything. What am I missing?
