There is a seperate screw inside for the dvd, but on your video you made it seem like it was at the backpanel.

I need to separate the actual keyboard from the plastic housing! I have loosened the edges, but it is still held fast all about the center area. How do I continue to remove the plastic housing from the keyboard?
Das CD/DVD Laufwek ist intern befestigt. Man muss dazu die Tastatur entfernen, um an die Schraube zu kommen
The CD/DVD Drive is mounted internal. To remove the Screw, you have to remove the keyboard.
Error, la unidad del dvd no se desmonta hasta quitar el tornillo interno que la sujeta una vez desmontado el teclado.

Great video, very useful! I have this laptop and some complete moron who I lived with decided to spill water over the keyboard. Now most of the keys don't work. Would replacing the keyboard likely resolve this do you think or would it be something deeper?

Лучше покажите как грамотно рамку на клавиатуру перепаять, а то достал он ее, покрутил и вставил обратно. Клавиатура продается БЕЗ серебристой рамки и она в нее должна впаиваться!!!

Help! if you can! Last year my laptop fell off and some parts included peaces that holds a screen are now broken E5 571. To make it work again ,can anyone confirm that I can buy laptop casing of either of V5 571 or F5 571 model and I could fit my hardware there? Is there as well a difference if I get a case from E5 575 or V5 575 or F5 575 models? I need to be sure before buying those spare repair casing. Is there anyone that can confirm that I could fit my MB from E5 571 to any of these? Thank you

Hola, a la mía se le cayó gaseosa solo en las teclas arriba,abajo,izq., der., y ya no funcionan aunque las soplete con un secador de pelo con aire frío
