there's bcos crnkcase oil from cbr600rr have little bit offside in the bottom to the right side, then racing exhaust doesn't need much shape. so all off outlet header exhaust change to the left side, then make bigger pivot swingarm for better stabilize at the right side. that's all just for 'efficient'

Filling up the radiator with water. Why they do it? My only guess is , they drained the water. Filled it up and haven't started the bike up. Only once the bike is started does the water circulate throughout the system. Untill then, it only fills the radiator. Once the bike fire's up. The water level at the radiator filler cap drops. So it requires a top up.
Using the latest round in Jerez where WSS300 visited last week and Moto3 a few weeks ago, the fastest qualifying time in Moto3 was 1m 45.465s and the fastest in Superpole for WSS300 was 1m 52.265s. Considering the standard in Moto3 is much higher, the times aren't too far apart.
Why are all bikes faced towards people and the worskhop? What if the stoppers fells off and the bikes speeds towards this workshop? Dosen’t it make sense to face the bike towards open space while accelerating it with those stoppers?

Tire size are proportion to they power, and weights. Even they are narrow but they still have the same curve as wider tires. If you put a 180 on a 250cc bikes you will lose a lot of power just for rotating it.

A liter bike with 180 tire would melt and destroy it quickly. for racing. A 250cc bike will have hard time to move a larger tire like 160,180,195,you will lose a few hp just to move it around, and since low on power it won't get the requirement to keep it hot enough. A larger tire will also produce more gyro force ,it will makes it harder to turn for a small bike. Suspension tuning is more important than changing tires size, there is no reason for. Only racing 1000 bike use 200 size tire ,to take on more heat, but it also have to make it taller, sharper for keep it easy to turn.

Maybe it's just because they have 1 exhaust per exhaust valve. Probably better flow and peak power, in moto2 and motogp maybe they have enough peak power and want better power curve, so 1 exhaust with a multiple collector works better
Most answers here are stupid guesses. The bike won't any more unbalanced with a single exhaust than if the rider lost a testicle. These bikes don't need more exhausts to handle airflow. Using larger pipes is just unnecessary weight. I'll have an educated guess and assume that it extends the rev range of effective exhaust scavenging. Probably wrong, but at least I thought about it for more than a second.

Saw the 125s 250s at the last Donnington GP. The noise was so loud and high pitch on the back straight. Also saw Marco 58 flying by on the 250cc.

Those are single-cylinder 250 cc four-stroke engines. The tires are thin so that the weight can be lighter.
