The examples and the linear structure of the content makes it very easy to understand. Would recommend this to everyone, especially if you are in need of a quick recap of all the contents.

I swear I can't be grateful enough for the wonderful information you provided, very summarized and explained clearly. I've been lazy to read because the notes were alot and confusing for a beginner without a teacher 📝😍😍😍😍😍😍🤝

Great videos for the busy professional. I swear I was concerned about reading 600 pages in 2 weeks. My exam is coming up and I don’t have that kind of time. I’ll focus more on the simplified path and try to do as many online exams as possible. Wish me luck

@@ClaysonShawn hey honestly is not as hard as it seems. A lot of logic, but just make sure you memorize all the processes in order. But that’s applicable for the 6th edition PMBOK… not sure when they move to the 7th ed

    Hi!
Just want to say thank you so much for each of the chapter summaries and ITTO review. They helped in my preparation for the CAPM exam. I am glad to announced that I passed the CAPM two hours ago Above Target in each knowledge area. God bless you a lot for all the time and energy put into the all prep materials.

Congratulations...kindly share tips. I am currently learning to take the test too. What materials did you use? How many years of experience in PM do you have? Does it really matter in the exam?

@@JapawithCelina Hi Victoria! I am so sorry it took this long. I feel awful for taking this long and know how it feels waiting for a response. I am not sure if you still want a response but here it is below:
It took me about 4 months to prepare for this exam in total while taking the online google project management certificate that helped me to apply what I was learning. Note that any course that qualifies for the exam is fine. It’s just a matter of preference. For Books, I used Rita Mulcahy’s CAPM exam prep book and the PMBOK guide 6th edition to prepare. Rita’s book was helpful and so was the PMBOK (very technical). Rita’s book helps to digest the PMBOK guide better than simply reading it on its own. As for videos, I used pocket prep to give me the overview of each chapter, Rick Vargas- a youtuber that breaks down the concepts so well, another youtuber called Alvin the PM was helpful as well, and another youtuber called PMP with ray that had ITTO memory quizzes for each chapter to help remember.
I spent probably 5 days a week, 6 hours a day getting through all of it (keep in mind I was unemployed at the time). I had a study schedule and what i would be covering every three days and when I would take each practice exam to gauge my level of preparedness and to assess which topics, I need to spend more time on. As I got closer to the exam, I spent almost every day including weekends reviewing. The last four days before the exam, I rested from studying heavily, did some fun things, and lightly reviewed for a couple of hours and nothing more.
Most importantly to remember is that I took the old exam and not the new exam that requires the 7th edition. I am not sure if it is retired yet. You will have call PMI to ask whether the old or new exam is available.
As for years of experience, I have none in Project management. It doesn’t matter for the CAPM exam but will for the PMP if you are inclined to pursue it.
Hope this was helpful. Let me know.
      Please excuse any typos.

Great video! Very well explained. :) I have 1 question, hope someone can awnser this. It explains that a program will always have a project. But for example, when I worked at the customerservice, they used a dashboard called PowerBI(program) to see how the operation was performing based on a few CPI's. Isn't it so that in this instance a program is connected to a operation instead of a project?
