My first car was a 67 Firebird. It’s still a sexy car after 36 years of ownership. It is commendable what you did with your gem. I couldn’t ever sell mine because it’s been with me since the beginning. I used it as a daily in High school and university. I dated the girl who I would later marry around the time I bought the car. Now 36 years later the car has had a refresh and my children are enjoying it as well. When we take it out it takes us both back to our youth.

I dream of a 68 Camaro, but I just put my shop up this year so I'll keep looking, and paying off the shop. One step at a time

+ddl2k7 Beauty of a shop is that you can find one that needs a little love for cheaper and actually have the room to fix it up.

Love the 68 Firebird's they are so good looking. I definitely understand the guilt factor after coming home from an impoverished country. I was in the Navy for 20 years and visited a lot of impoverished areas around the world. You have to remember it's not your fault that those countries or the politics of those countries or cultures that have led them to not improve. So if you want a 1968 Firebird don't feel guilty for having and enjoying what others have fought and died for you to have. We should enjoy what we have, but we should also contribute to helping others as well. Regarding the Pontiac 350 Big Block @ 1:39! LOL there's no such thing, just Pontiac V8. Dimensional on the outside they're all the exact same size from the 326 to the 455 CI. Pontiac did make small blocks but they only came in 4 & 6 cylinders. Love your channel though, but every now and then, even the most experienced Chevy man working on a Pontiac makes this mistake. Thanks for the nice story. Best Wishes n Blessings. Keith Noneya
