Hilliard 14 miles northwest of Columbus?? maybe from the south side of Columbus. Hilliard is on the edge of craziness.Crime is going up there. Cops in Hilliard are terrible,as well. BMW financial gave Hilliard police a BMW SUV for their K-9. The police dept used the SUV to ticket BMW Financial employees. LOL
