i work at mcdonald’s in australia. we have had some young hooligans come in, in large groups, spitting, swearing, throwing things and treating customers and employees horribly. they’ve been banned but continue to come here. one night they were refused service and proceeded to threaten my manager and used homophobic slurs. he spat at him, hitting the menu board and threw our trays and condiment bars. obviously the police were called but only an hour or so later did they arrive, however these hooligans were still hanging around the store calling out to us and customers causing a scene. on time a trainee went into the disables bathroom and there was blood splattered everywhere and a needle on the ground with the drug ice in the sink. basically a guy had come in to shoot up but it ended wrong.
I’m glad the first girls manager took the situation seriously, most managers don’t want the “trouble” of calling the cops or actually even doing something
Maaaan that was my first job. It was a good character building experience. I used to work overnight, some lady tried to throw a cup of water at me. I closed the window just in time so I can bounce off the glass and splatter back on her car.

I once worked at McDonald’s. Here are a few of my “horror stories”: Someone once ordered a McFlurry with hot fudge in it. I made it and gave it to them. They came back 10 minutes later complaining it was half melted. Like, they didn’t think the hot fudge would melt the ice cream. Someone once called corporate in my for charging them tax. They just saw the subtotal in the register and didn’t believe me when I told them the actual total. I can’t tell you how many times people ordered coffees with like 8 creams and then complained it was cold. Once walked into the men’s room to clean it and there was poop all over the walls. I gagged and turned around. Minimum wage was not enough to clean that up.
There’s a lady that comes through the McDonald’s I work at and orders a large coffee with 15 creamers and 20 sugars, there’s about 1/4 of coffee in her cup but she still has the audacity to yell at us when she doesn’t taste any caffeine in it, she’ll literally taste it while still in the window backing up our whole lane...
I used to work at mcdonalds in dc in New York ave and girl the prostitutes would bath in the women’s restroom. A customer chased one of our employees around the restaurant with one of the hot coffee pots. A customer threw a large cup of tea towards the manager and it landed on me 😂 then he proceeded to throw the trash can hitting the menu and knocking that down. We were robbed at gun point man jumped throw the drive thru window all I did was stand there in shock then run out the back door. McDonald’s is really not worth minimum wage.
Reports from Popeye's when they had the chicken sandwiches was that customers were cussing them out for running out, managers made the work without break and forced unpaid overtime. Yes, it looks bad.

Current McDonald’s worker here, that’s been there for 6 months, I can say I’ve had a version of this happened to me already... my favorite are those people (🙄🙄) who ask for cook to order, the most freshest food, will not be please until they clearly see “cook to order” label on the screen STILL get mad at ME the girl simply in charge of handing out food, when they don’t get their food as soon as they get to my window. Fast food can get hella rough. I worked at a BurgerKing for over a year and had quite a few horror stories. I think the scariest one was when we had a group of bikers threatening to come and shoot up our specific location. The police even came and in warned us about it, so we always panicked seeing bikers pull up outside our store. We also had a very old creepy guy that hit on me and two of my younger co workers (we were all underage at the time) and asked us personL information, called us gross “pet” names like baby and hunny, called us cute, and even went as far as stalking us and finding out personal things like our schools and what sports we play even though we didn’t tell him or anyone around us. He came through every day and even started bring my friend T gifts through drive through. Little glass sculptures. It’s was terrifying. Safe to say two of us don’t work there anymore but hopefully he leaves us alone from now on.
Some guy asked for our corporate number and all of our names because my managers refused to give him a refund on his whole ass meal he supposedly didn't like but FINISHED🤦🤦🤦

😂 my first day at Captain Ds I dropped a whole pan of freshly made coleslaw in the walk in fridge. I was scared of getting in trouble so I walked away. The kitchen people cleaned it and was cussing the person who did it. No one ever found out it was me.
Fast food can get hella rough. I worked at a BurgerKing for over a year and had quite a few horror stories. I think the scariest one was when we had a group of bikers threatening to come and shoot up our specific location. The police even came and in warned us about it, so we always panicked seeing bikers pull up outside our store. We also had a very old creepy guy that hit on me and two of my younger co workers (we were all underage at the time) and asked us personL information, called us gross “pet” names like baby and hunny, called us cute, and even went as far as stalking us and finding out personal things like our schools and what sports we play even though we didn’t tell him or anyone around us. He came through every day and even started bring my friend T gifts through drive through. Little glass sculptures. It’s was terrifying. Safe to say two of us don’t work there anymore but hopefully he leaves us alone from now on.
