bro, baka may naka-assign sa port na ginagamit ng xampp or vise versa.

Same padin bro, if MySQL Workbench gamit mo. Sa setup new connection, merong details din same sa xampp. Check ngrok site. may documentation sila dun for MYSQL ;)
