Its always good to clean the part you planning on fixing so you can clearly see the problem. Give that quick attach a good clean up before working with it. Interesting video.
The older bobcats are pure workhorses. But after the late-90s is JUNK. I'd rather keep my Hydra-mac aka the holy grail of skid steers with no parts availability whatsoever. But tbh that's just me I like rare stuff & a Challenge. My father had a 753? and those will easily crank out 6-10k+ hrs. Dairy farms here in the U.S dig those machines into the ground. For sure gonna check out ya other videos, I am already liking the way you film your video. It's great you know what to look at for wear and repairs. Videos like these are really Hot RN on YT. EZ View. Take it from Marty T.
I learned the farmers totally abuses the machines. Not a very good idea to purchase something from them. The worse is the paint job done on it. The guy had better not try to do some paint at all. Now you have to sand blast all this paint shit.

I think the pen wear on that rear top upper arm bushing is least your worries look at the big crack in the frame beside it
Good eye! but it's not a crack in the frame its in the paint

I have a 1996 Monroe bobcat. Still running. Let me know your thoughts please. Keep it or replace it. Is just for home use.
@@VICKYIRIS007 I don't know them well. Nowadays I stay around the 70 - early 80s ones. More reliable, harder for parts but just easier overall.
It’s a c series
Made from 1990-1998

You said $8000 in beginning then $5000 a little
Which price was it?!
No safety goggles.. We go blind like Men....
I know! I always misplace them
Everybody press Y
Sounds not right
Had a hole in the exhaust manifold, made it sound like it was missing
You leave one to feel the bobcat is a piece of crap.. bad engineering..
