    Thanks once again Richi for your clear precise tips. I want to implement your strategies as I will be skiing here in Australia in the near future. Looking forward to the remaining videos in this series on short turns. Love to see videos from you on pure carving too.

    Great video, but why do we want to pressure in the falline, or only in the falline if we have the options of before or after?

    I think I can to some extent do swing and carving, therefor I want to do a carving turn.

      If you push you ski tails out to make the ski's slip for a split second, you can do this to shorten the radius of your turn.
      However, if I'm not mistaken, Richi means that he wants you to not push out you ski tails but allow the turn shape to be gradual by using the sidecut of your ski.
      Pretty much allowing your ski to make the turn.
      Should not that in this video Richi ski tails also skid away before the fall line, but this is a result from extending + high speed + big angles rather than him trying to actively let the tails wash out.

      I think my first theme is keep on vertical position on any time any slope and my second theme is upper body and lower body separation.
      I am the Japanese, therefore I'm not good at English.
      But thanks for the advice!
