나의 영웅!! 리치베르거님 안녕하세요. 궁금한 것이 있어 남깁니다. 저는 스키를 1995년부터 탔습니다. 당시 스키는 업다운을 주로 하는 스킹을 교육하였는데, 그때 리치베르거님의 숏턴 영상도 엄청나게 많이 보고 했었습니다. 그때 업다운은 무릎을 스키의 탑밴드로 밀고 가는 느낌으로 다운을 주는 것이었는데, 지금 스키를 타시는 모습을 보면 그때 보다는 좀 덜 역동적인, 어찌보면 후경으로 스키를 타시는 느낌이 듭니다. 그져 몸 바깥으로 스키를 밀어 내는 동작, 골반 프레셔로 밀어 내는 동작으로 턴을 하는 것 같은 느낌. (상체가 전방으로 쏠려 있어 후경은 실제로 나오지 않지만, 느낌이 그렇다는 것) 제가 그때 배운 스키의 턴 방식과 지금의 턴 방식이 많이 달라 보여서, 어떤 부분이 그때의 방식과 다른지 궁금합니다. 1990년대 그 시대부터 지금까지 타오신 여러 프로님들이 계시지만, 이 질문에 대한 정확한 답변을 받은 적이 없습니다. 스키 장비의 발전으로 인해, 이런 다운 동작이 필요가 없어서 이런 형식의 스키를 타시는 것인지 아니면 어떤 이유에서 이런 형식의 스키를 변화가 된 것인지 알고 싶습니다. 예전의 스키가 훨씬 다이내믹해 보이거든요. Here demonstrations are two type parallel turns. The first times parallel turns are skidding turns and the second time turns are skidding & carving turns. I think we can very understand difference of two type parallel turns.

Hi Richi, in this drill, do you try to maintain the same pressure throughout the turn, same during the downhill phase and uphill phase? How about the inside leg pressure, 50/50?
