As a Zambian may I add that remote earns , people hungry & other misfortunes can give the population a degree on underlying hopelessness, they may appear unfriendly but struggle to feed the kids-I know have faith and pray all remote areas of Africa will have viable economies so the people can shine with joy ! President Kaunda Visited Uganda during Obote's regime and there is Kaunda grounds named after him.
