Hi Danae! Great video - by screenshot the email do you mean by taking a picture on your personal phone of the email on your work laptop screen ? And could that be presented as evidence in court if employer rejects SAR requests or claims the emails disappeared
Even though you get ET1 in in the specific timeframe is there a limit to how far back the complaint first began? For instance 2019 and still ongoing? Would the length of time claimant has suffered be taken into account? Thanks
