    Great video… just 1 question. If you take the company to a tribunal after not getting the outcome you expected in your grievance, then what action does the company take against the person (in my case my manager) that you had a problem with in the first place? Does the person you made the grievance against still keep their job? Because the company is being taken to tribunal because of that person, then would the company maybe demote them? Or are you just the bad one for going to tribunal? Thank you

    I am going to the tribunal in a few weeks ...The responded is refusing to open up a PDR of someone ..The respondent disclosed two disaplinary investigations 🙈🙈 of two different individual but will not disclose this one PDR which would help 95% of the case which I am dealing with .. I have never seen so many lies in paperwork ..395 pages in the bundle ...
    statements which were redacted now are clearly to read I got them after one year ....ohhh here is something also ...this firm also in a statment disclosed someone else mental health problems in a manager wrote it in a statment .I ask the responded please to reduced the paragraph but was ignored ....😢

    they are likely to protect them, rather than demote/dismiss etc - plus, they couldn't just demote cos someone brings a case against them 🤷👍
