The closest thing you can do is unlock the Future Course, go through it over and over while playing as Kirumi, and keep landing on Event Squares until you get to the interactions featuring Chisa Yukizome. But other than that, Spike Chunsoft really dropped the ball by not giving the Danganronpa 3 cast any official sprites so they could be playable and have unique interactions with the video game characters as well as each other.

CoffeeFruit yes, except for UDG and DR3, every character have UTD.
As for DR3, the only character to have a UTD is the DR3 Chiaki (she still uses the outfit the AI Chiaki used)
