That's why you occasionally see him switch between proclaiming that he's extremely intelligent and good-looking, and then admitting to thinking of himself as a worthless piece of trash (usually right after somebody rejects him). I'd imagine that it's a pretty empty and meaningless existence to be a narcissist.
True. They are expert at coping. They are so delusional. The self loathing if both used to cope, manopilate and entertain their delusion, pretending they disserve compassion, pity, understanding and whatnot.
You're very first point in this video is technically wrong. Vulnerable narcissists have excessively low self-esteem in reality, they need constant adoration to compensate for it. However, Greg is very much a grandiose narcissist and I highly doubt he thinks poorly of himself. So you are situationally correct but lumping all narcissists together is incorrect.
