Jammers are normally handheld mobile walkie talkie looking objects with 4 to 8 or more antennas, all for different signals to block, but the more expensive ones like a brief case or this one in the video is up in the thousands for cash as a handheld ones are ranged in the hundreds as cash, depending on how strong, how far the operation radius, and how advanced the signal blocking is that you'd like it to be. The way these devices are used is that you charge it and hook up the antennas, then select the numbered buttons with the antennas to select what type of signals to block and it'll send radio wave frequencies that are for example: stronger than a cell phone tower and will disrupt the service between that phone and the tower or whatever device you prefer and will make the area a "dead zone". The cheapest that you can get a normal handheld jammer is around $300 all the way to the bigger ones that are up in the thousands of dollars. This jammer that he has is capable of taking out a whole shopping mall, stadium, or even an airport from WiFi and cell phone service and etc. So in other words "you get what you pay for", the more expensive then the better the quality of the device. Be very careful though on trying to obtain one of these devices as they're illegal in most places to Use, Buy, Trade, or Sell and can give you some hefty fines along with jail time due to it violating FCC rules here in the US and laws in other states and countries. The main reason for these devices being illegal is because of it being capable of stopping people from getting proper help in emergencies or by causing chaos in places. If you don't feel like paying $300 or more for a device the you can of course make your own with help from the Internet, but is very time consuming and isn't going to be as good.
