Same form as a pushup but put your hands on the elliptical stepper instead of the floor. All kinds of pushups can be done this way and you will very quickly see the results. Enjoy!❤
I have been looking for this exact video for a long time! I think i will do a normal squat to start😂 When i broke my upper dominant arm, i still don't have my strength back. I have mobility now, but i can't close a window. Not sure why?! I am guessing the pins that were put in, and i just need to strength train. At first when you are healing you are so careful to not lift anything. But this was the perfect video for me to see, just start with a light weight. Will is so quiet😂 but you raised a respectful son. Love the moves but I get so bored with repetition back to back. I creatively found supersettting not only helps remove the boredom but also allows for more exercise in a quicker time period, also gets your heart rate up in case you don’t have time to do a cardio routine separately which is the case with me. So perfect example 60 seconds shoulder press, 60 seconds, rear delt fly palm facing in, 60 seconds shoulder raises. Rest 40 seconds and repeat three times. To make things interesting my third set I may do partials for the rear flys and shoulder raises. Then move to another body part. I.e chest press, wide pushups, diamond press.
I love this workout and going to start today. I just have to figure out how to adjust legs as I'm recovering from a severe sprain of my ankle and can't put full wait for too long, let alone add weight. Seated and laying down using dumbbells is perfect.

5 days strength training mixed in with 3 or 4 days of running or the spin cycle works well for me. There is nothing wrong with cardio for women in their 50’s

Sure thing! I’m using 5’s, 10’s and 15’s. You can use any 3 sets. Light, medium and heavier. I know these sound very light- but these movements are a challenge! You can up your weights after you can do all the reps with good form.

Hi Melissa! In this program we’re doing 2 exercises per body part.ie day 1 was shoulder press and lateral raises (shoulders) and then Bulgarian split lunges and toe elevated dead lifts (legs) then we added the triceps. What Will said was that overall you just need 4 exercises per body part and master them. For now we’ll stick with these 2 per (1 triceps) Day 2 is set up the same way for different body parts. 😘

Is she Will's mom? I go to a gym that has a circuit, with 7 arm exercises and 3 legs. Is this enough, if I just do the circuit 2 or 3 times a week?
