- Come along with me as I backpack for 4 days across the Swiss-Austrian Alps with my brother! In this video, after delaying the hike by several days due to heavy snow, we finally set out from the beautiful village of Brand to Lünersee, where we began our hike to Lindauer Hütte for our first night in the mountains!

Hi, beautiful video!! I'm hoping to do this hike in August, but finding little information about it online. I don't suppose you would mind telling me the rough distance between each hut per day? And also, is this hike difficult, I'm seeing online that it should be ok. I've done multi day hikes before. Many thanks :)
Fantastic Christine 😍 Now I know why you went AWOL haha. Absolutely stunning scenery, so atmospheric with the low cloud too. I think dramatic is the word im looking for. Thanks Tony - yes had some time off in Europe so it’s been a while, hope you’re doing well! Pleased you enjoyed this one & yes dramatic is definitely the word, absolutely loved the clouds & snow! Several glasses of vino and bars of chocolate were had at the end of this trek! 🙌🏻 have a lovely weekend :)

Hi Catrin! I did this 4 day trek at the start of September last year - it was unusual to have snowfall at that time of year, the hiking huts are open/paths are usually permissible without snow gear until October, hope that helps :)
Wow! Some great views! That hut at the end looked tiny from where you was at the top! So close but yet so far at the same time.🫡.
