IMHO, this is one of the best character portrayals by Denzel. I just love the depth he brings to the part. He really is an outstanding actor. I can't wait for the third installment of 'The Equalizer' coming out next month! Great reaction as always!

The 1st Equalizer and the 1st John Wick came out around the 1st time near each other and the excitement around fans at the time had them all wishing the same that they shared cinematic universe.

Yes, This one was more intense but the first Equalizer will always be a favorite. As always I enjoyed your reaction.
I was a huge fan of the TV series growing up, so I was leery of the movies, even as a huge Denzel fan. They kept enough of the original idea and then made it their own, different story in just the right ways.
McCall did Sammy a super solid by locating his sister and getting them back together.
The sister at the end caught me off guard and had me weeping in the theatre 💘🥰🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

When flour is properly dispersed in the air the oxygen/flour mix becomes flammable and explosive. This is why the flash bang or concussion grenade ignited and the explosion was so damaging.

Before this movie Denzel had never done a sequel to any of his movies. He believed enough in this story to do 2 more. I'm excited to see the 3rd one
3rd one has been out already, since September 1 and will start streaming on Netflix January 1st in the US, not sure when in Norway

That ending, that's what it's all about.
Have you seen the original tv series that it's based on? Ex-CIA who hated violence in his older age. He had a crew of 4 or 5. Great acting. Mid 1980's.
A roof is on the outside of a house. A ceiling is inside of the house.
Even though this is a trilogy its dope because it retains a Saturday night special action show/graphic novel type of vibe. an opening fight scene, plot development, end protagonist fight, outro conversation with the person who he saved. The way Denzel killed Pascal here was very brutal and satisfying. You feel as if he suffered a lot before he was ultimately killed and justice was served.
The coldest part to me was when he used Pascals kids and wife as an out to escape. That was so slick
The ending got me on this one, E1 was better the better movie.

You have to watch Man On Fire before watching the 3rd one. It stars Denzel and a young Dakota Fanning in a similar story to the first movie. She's reunited with Denzel in the 3rd one.
Now it is time to shine on Equalizer 3, they say the third one was better😏 Idk I have a tough time choosing 1 and 3.

If you want watch more DW when your finished with this series there is a very underrated movie he did in 1999 called Fallen, an excellent supernatural thriller and of course the movie Training Day was excellent.

I am amazed that you were amazed at the price of a book. You should know that books, like many things, have differences in value and price. A lot of things affect price...age, size, rarity, condition, etc. It is not a new concept, nor one that is unique to the USA.

I think it's funny that you had such outrage that he paid $40.00 for a book. The rarer the book the more it costs and $40.00 is a normal price for a hardcover.
