Ran Takahashi (髙橋 藍 or たかはしらん, Takahashi Ran, born 2 September 2001) is a Japanese male volleyball player and an Olympian. He plays as an Outside Hitter for Nippon Sport Science University's club,[1] Japan men's national volleyball team and Vero Volley Monza.

To me, everyone is equally a crucial player. Because volleyball is a team sport. No use in a setter without good and hard working spiker. No use in a spiker without a uplifting and intelligent setter.

It's a collective effort. No way Sekita can work his magic without Japan's godly reception and floor defense.
Everyone deserves credit.
What I like most with Ran is that he remains humble all the time. When others really stand out b4, he continuously support each other when Ishikawa and Nishida really shine out transparently. But this time, Ran gives his best moments to really shine to the top! Excellent Ran! 👍😁🤭❤️🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Miyaura was full of power and he was unstoppable, but for me Ran was the most consistent score/point maker for the team...I admired his tenacity, and his determination to win....I simply love the guy. Yuki was awesome.

Ran di match ini 32 point, dengan 29 attack point-2 blok-1ace. Belom lagi receive efisiensi dia sama digs dia ga kalah gacor di match ini. Itu 29 attack point ya ga mungkin ngandelin otot doang apalagi postur tubuh Ran ga sebesar dan se-bulk itu 😒 Minimal nonton dulu full matchnya baru komen hadeh

Harua diliat dr seluruh pertandingan yg sdh dijalankan.

Gue ga mengecilkan peran sorang ran.krn gue tahu dia salah penopang tim jepang yg tampil baik sejauh ini disamping kapten ishikawa,sekita ,miyamoto dan sekita.dan 2 pertandingam terakhir saat lawan brasil dan argentina ada tambahan miyaura yg sdh bisa menggantikan peran nishida. kekuranga sedikit tim jepang hanya di MB yg ditopang miyauchi dan onodera.mrk berdua memang sdh meningkat permainannya .tp kurang dr sisi servis dan kekuatan pukulan.

Talk about a cinderella story. Boy have this team really improved. Their chemistry has rocketed and the 3 main hitters have always been the key players for success. But the main reasons to me has been their amazing chemistry this year. Sekita puts balls right into the spots that his hitters prefer them and their passing is like no other team in the world right now. Another plus is how strong and talented their bench players are. Just all around greatness. Japan all the way!!🙏🏼👍🏼🤙🏼

Holy sh!t that is such a high percentage for such a huge number of points. When players reach 20+ points their hit rate usually goes down to ~50+%.
@@drjowjowexactly and they played 5 sets. Plus the fact that he's also doing well in reception & digging. The other day he scored 21 against brazil in five sets too with 58% attacking eff & 54% digging eff. He's also good in minimizing his errors, only 21 yrs of age. 🥶

@@carmelavalley what's even worse is that he actually played all sets in all of their 8 matches. He was only subbed once this vnl during 3rd set of Brazil game. I honestly wanted him & yuki to sit out a game atleast, because at this rate, they're both going to suffer from burnout in the playoffs since their position is crucial in both offense & defense.

They should have ended it in 3 sets. But ishikawa committed an error. Same yesterday as they play against brazil. They should have ended it in 15 to 12 in 5th set. But ishikawa spike the ball out.🙄🙄
