I like how your approach is different from the meta. Might try it too, though it really comes down the DD at B cap being able to keep the reds from capping. Wonder how it would have gone if the enemy’s Puerto Rico played more aggressively and pushing straight into you…I guess then it comes down to good cross fire shots from c, assuming they are not too busy defending the fortress.
Any competent team will foresee the push and adapt, if the DD gets out and the BBs rotate to focus fire there is little to do because this is an all or nothing strat. Looks fun and feels nice when it works tho
I don't want to put names out there but i merced and played with some of these teams and man are they really knowledgable and into the game...they have great insights and i'm still learning a lot of them. thanks for watching
May work against bad teams, but the moment you actually face a competetive team this is just pushing into certain death. At best you trade one of your ships to get the DD, more likely is you loose a ship, cap remains contested, enemy kites and crossfires you to death while your ships are stuck inside the cap. Sry, but this tactic is a recipe for desaster the moment your opponent knows what they are doing. Nevertheless, lower leagues are nice to do and test silly or even dumb stuff 😂
yeah i've had one team counter this well. but true i'd like to see higher leagues play against this to see what people do, thanks again as always appreciate your thoughts
@@RIPPERDD The Problem with all in strategies like this is that good competetive teams usually use several fast ships for fast rotations and never put all ressources into one basket. Us for example would simply let the DD inside the cap contest and trade as long as possible, get the flank into kiting position outside the cap and start pushing your homecap. The majority of your ships are now trapped inside the Cap while getting crossfired from the other flank and your only way out is to push into the trap waiting outside or loose on points 1 vs 2 Caps. It just does not work against competent teams. Nevertheless we would have a fun match and send Congratulations for bravery afterwards.
Great video. Thanks for the strategy idea.
Glad it was helpful! Thank you!

yep i've only seen 1 team counter this well and it's because we lost the BB early in the game
Lovely video, thank you
Thank you too!
Good strat, however there is a counter. If I were the enemy I would push B instead of trying to push your team out of C.
Yep I agree. Need fast ships to assist with that. Thank you!
what hurricane players have you talked to? legitimately curious

@@RIPPERDD why is it an issue to put names out? You aren't sharing any secret strats with this cause no one above storm is gonna be losing to this
