    I like that black color. I think it would help for you to zoom in just a little for these smaller systems when you are playing games so we can see a little better.

      I agree, I tried zooming and it went out of focus. If they keep making these mini’s I’ll have to figure out a different way to record

    I'd like to see you find a way to bring the camera in closer for these videos.

      @CellPhish  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m working on that thank you. I had a software update that changed my camera settings so I changed the way I record but made a few videos before I realized the impact. I’m also looking to add another camera straight now from the desk edge to maybe get closer yet. Appreciate the input

    Thanks for sharing. I do like the new black option, but one of the drawbacks for me is that it does not have the L2/R2 button. The lowest price I found on Ali-ex goes for about $34, which isn’t too bad. However, I was able to snag a Miyoo A30 for around $28 total. I do like that the Smart does include Bluetooth.

      Totally tracks. I actually started getting ready to make another A30 video last night. I snagged a second A30 to do CFW testing more efficiently on a similar deal

    Great video as always buddy. Black on this lil' fella is awesome, it really reminds of an old mp3/mp4 player and performance to price is Great! I just don't know how do you even play on those screens, isn't the fatigue greater compared to bigger? I found that even with 35xx H I feel strain on 1-2h sessions...or mby I am getting old😅

    • @CellPhish
      @CellPhish  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you. The strain can get you if you are on for a long time. With the micro handhelds I tend to play quick level games while waiting to pickup the kids, or am in line for something g. I don’t do monster sessions on them unless I’m testing. But they fit anywhere so no matter what you can always have one on you.

    hi buddy, I see you got a lot of handhelds, which horizontal one would you recommend for playing gb/gbc/gba ?

    • @CellPhish
      @CellPhish  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Solid question. Depends a lot on how big of a screen you want. The RG35xxH is great for the pocket but for roughly the same price you can get a TrimUI Smart Pro. The 1:1 screens are great for gb/GBC etc RGB30 or the impressive Anbernic Cube. The square handhelds are great for Pico-8 too.

    I had the original one, I still like the A66 over the original smart. This is the most underrated portable for sure but it wasn't great for PS1. I'm not sure what the difference between this one and the original.

    • @CellPhish
      @CellPhish  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Initially it really want great for ps1 which is kinda expected with its size. Now after some customer firmware there is even a ps1 player built in that plays at 2x speed if you’re in a hurry. A little time makes a big difference when you get some devs behind it

      It’s coming. My capture card crashed and burned. I’m working through a way to do it differently as it’s the third time in a year. I’ll get it up asap

    480x320 resolution? So the screen must be different than the prior iterations. They were 320x240. Can anyone confirm?

    • @CellPhish
      @CellPhish  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Good catch it’s actually 320x240 thank you. I went off some materials I received which I don’t typically do. It’s also listed as 240x320 but you are correct

      @@CellPhish thanks for the reply 👍. I love mine but the resolution has always been the one turn off for me. Blurry Gameboy is a no go

      @@ajcics oh dang I got excited when I saw 480x320 as that is 2x GBA, glad I didnt go buy one and be disappointed it is the same as my teal one.

    • @ajcics
      @ajcics หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Johntriger yeah it's unfortunate. The buttons, form factor and size make it near perfect but the screen ruins everything

    I got mine the other day. The black looks real nice. I have to update the firmware though. After I play one game and try to load another one the system just crashes

    • @CellPhish

      I was bouncing around firmwares for the last 2 weeks trying to figure out what worked the best for me. The stock firmware after an update honestly works pretty good I think I’m addicted to CFW 😂
