To ensure I can get the same mix for each time use greenstuff I use a gram scale. Weight out the same amount for each part of the epoxy. Better than eyeballing

Water works to stop it sticking just as well as talcum powder. Tried it today and it works a treat.

Willy Vette normally I would say leave it at least 24 hours to cure fully before painting :)
