If you all remember, we did a collaboration boot with Nick’s Boots last spring. It was a design that we both worked on. Well, they were limited in number and ended up selling out. Well, there’s GOOD news!! With Fall just around the corner, we asked Nick’s if they’d be willing to make another limited run of the boots…AND make some additional options (speed hook option, additional leather options, etc). They said YES! With that being the case, these Trenton & Heath / Nick’s Boots collab Boots will go back on sale Sept. 24, so make sure to set the date on your calendars. Also, follow us on Instagram as well for more behind-the-scenes looks at these boots. Thanks y’all!

I loved this video, and as usual, your work is second to none. I do think the finished product might be the ugliest pair of boots I've ever seen on any of the cobbler channels, but they are still works of art!

I have researched Nicks boots, watched a bunch of videos, seen how they are made. They are built like a tank. I am not sure I could wear a pair enough to wear them out. Not saying they are not great, just beyond all my needs. Were I 20 years old, they would be worth it. You guys took a burned up, melted pair of boots and did a fine restoration as always. I appreciate your art, because to me what you do is a form of art.

Can’t get enough of these videos. It’s just artwork what you all do. Still reminds me of my Grandpa’s shoe shop, although yours is much nicer. However, this one’s special. I worked in my younger days on the roads working with asphalt, oil, and all that stuff. I burned through a couple pair of boots in a summer, but they were not the quality of a Nick’s. Great job!!

I am convinced that these boots are probably so ridiculously comfortable and tough that I wish they were my size. I bet they are dreamy to wear 🤔. I just admire this craftsmanship. Some comments are about the "style" of the look. To each their own. For me, the focus is that these premium boots went from disposable condition to an "ultra-premium". The repair and the upgrades should be a new line for Nick's Boots. These would be an expensive boot compared to their expensive boots where the expense makes sense.

Nick's obviously trust you both to do the sort of quality work they'd be willing to stand behind (and with good reason). Those aren't the worst I've seen refurbed. That was an interesting way of welting and still using some stitch down as well. Looks strong as heck. It's also obvious why they don't do it this way. As near as I can see, there's no way to do that by machine.

Awesome! I liked the way you guys rebuilt this boot, the touch of saving the perfectly good heel counter and converting to a welted style stitchdown was great. I think this way the boot can be converted to a Goodyear welt if they run out of vamp to keep stitching to, adding to the longevity without needing a rebuild again.

Magnificent!!! Gotta say -- Even the leather(s) that were replaced appeared to be in fantastic condition considering the environment they were wore in. Asphalt temp on avg for application better than 325 degrees (even upwards to 385) not including primers, compounds, and release agents of varying natures. Those guys work long hrs and in all kinds of heat/humidity; quality boots are essential. Think you guys succeeded at making them new again for sure. A shoutout to Steve (Bedo's) for the sourcing effort!!!! Nice work guys; one really needs to appreciate the work here. Be Safe

I decided to be a cobbler too! Took an old pair of moccasins and some Crocs and set to work. I've learnt 3 things: 1) That glue is not to be toyed with. 2) Crocs are nice to wear in the kitchen when you're on your feet all day (chef) - don't try and use that sh*t when cobbling. 3). In this life, I don't think I am meant to be a cobbler. It is SO much harder than it looks!
    Love and Rescpect.
