    When I first saw her doing these exercises I thought..ahh so easy. But this morning I tried to workout alongside this video, I swear its so hard!!! I'm not gonna stop until these moves come naturally to me too. Thanks Sanne, love you!

      She trains a lot, her muscles help her because they are strong enough to help her move softly.. I was like that, but now it is easier for me and I do it faster.. Just give yourself sometime I am sure you will do great

      Seriously, there is nothing on her to jiggle, she is practically skin and bone. She is tall and very slim and an obvious low body fat percentage and she really isnt pushing hard in this video: those initial squat jumps werent very deep.

    Just wanted to thank you, Sanne, for providing such an amazing workout routine. Back in April during the quarantine I did this workout and your butt workout for a month every single day. And I have lost 3 kg and that weight has been maintaining till this day. That is surprising because my previous weight hasn’t changed for more than 5 years. And 3 kg makes a difference visually on my body because I am very short. Besides, I noticed muscle strength and my butt shape became so beautiful haha. Anyways, I am starting to do it again on a regular basis. About 100 views are definitely from me in this video 😂😂. All the best!

    - Jump start (backwards lunge with straight arm out and in touching knee)
    - Skater lunges with tap to ground
    - All four's, pulse arm and opp leg
    - Forearms, rainbow kicks
    - Single leg hip bridge
    - Bicycles
    - Bridge (stomach to sky) with hip dip - hands point to toes
    - Mountain climbers (fast)
    - Forearm Plank
    - High plank with vertical shoulder movements
    - Stretch + water break

    Thank you for this very efficient workout Sanne! I couldn't make it to pilates today, but still needed to get my workout in. I love how this workout does a little bit of everything and I even sweat a little. I feel like this is perfect for those super busy days where there's just no time for the gym.

    Hi Sanne, I have been a huge fan of your workout videos and have been trying them over a month. There hasn't been much of a problem with my body until recently when one of my knees started to hurt a lot. I was wondering if you had felt any sort of pain that hindered you from working out because of external pain on your body and how you coped with it. Thanks!

    Love your workout videos! Please keep doing them! My knees are bothering me from gym classes (not sure what has caused the issue ), so I am doing some home workouts like this one as well as resistant bands to allow my knees to heal. These are so helpful! Doing your resistant band one tomorrow. ❤️

    I love this because usually when I watch exercise videos, the women in them are shorter than me and everything looks much more explosive than what I can do. I always thought I was doing something wrong/not trying hard enough. but it turns out, it's just that longer people look different when doing the same exercises!

    Just did this workout! Another fantastic Sanne sweat. Thank youuu 😘 my favorite move was the moving lunge knee hand tap. Never done that before, great warm up for the glutes. 👍🏼

      poo yee the more you do it the easier it gets, dont worry if you wake up in the morning and your muscles hurt by the way because its normal and usually only happens on the first day only, or on the second day too!
