Do you have any tutorials on making the actual denim fbx? They look amazing
Funny, I was so caught up in Substance's smart masks and filters, I forgot I can paint mask by hand..
I love your channel! Your channel is the most useful texturing information I've ever seen. I'm a compositor but I end up needing to texture things often so I'm really glad I can finally have some guidance

Did you do the seams with some brushe, or did you apply some clever automatic sewing material?

I am thinking about releasing the full process
@@ArtruismDigital 谢谢你很有帮助
@@ArtruismDigital Yes! If you put it on Gumroad, I'll buy it!
Awesome stuff. learning a lot from your videos. Can you do more fabric oriented videos. even if you put it in gumroad will buy it surely.
Will do more in the future.
really nice and informative tutorial video
but can you explain the jeans modelling and uv unwrapped
and also substance painter real time tutorial that would be really helpful
see ya
ciao💐😊
Hello and nice work. Would a tutorial on showing how you approach the same prop in both SP and Mari interest you?
Mostly to compare speed vs result factor. Thanks for the videos!
Results wise if it's from the same artist it should be the same. I use substance support when it comes to Mari texturing too, so speed wise should be the same as well.
great tutorial still a noob on substance but love your lessons
how did you do the yarn for the pants i been searching for ways to recreate this for a long time
I d love to CHALLANGE all 22 people who disliked this video to do a better one and share it here!
Aside from that, congrats for everything and thank you for all your effort! We appreciate it and we re learning lots from you!
Amazing video !
I have a quetion that off topic a bit if u dont mind ?
( so it happens that i have a short to make and i am confused to either add pockets or not or bake them later or model them iam that confused sorry )
thnaks in advance!
Awesome jeans! I don't know why but I really love painting denim like this, so satisfying. One thing that I never really understood with fabric though is when you're using projections instead of tileables and handpainting, how do you keep the fabric pattern (like the weave) all lined up? Does it end up getting kindof smeared, or blurry in the areas where you've projected? Or do you not even really noticing it? Thanks again for posting another awesome vid!
Using projection, probably just gonna try to project a photo as well as I can, the photo should have all the Jean details already.
You usually avoid painting the sides to avoid creating blurry or smeared areas. You need to rotate the camera and continue painting and just paint the areas right in front of the camera and try to merge your paint well with the already painted areas. You can eliminate blurry areas like this but you need to blend well.
Hello! How did you do the ripping and lint on the pants?
can you share the jean texture material please
Hello!
What are yours smooth preferens for export maya to painter?
3:40 - 4:22 O-O ok this skip is like those how to draw face when step one is circle and step two is hyper realisitc face:D But stuning result...great work
@Talon Jacob i think your gf should find a new boyfriend and you should be reported to the police.
@@2044Dp dont pay attention. they are just bots. seen exact same comment on other videos too.

Amazing video, how did you model those ripped strips of fabric that are visible in the holes of the jean?
it's actually a zbrush brush I purchased on artstation.
@@ArtruismDigital could you link it please? :)

This one?
thanks for the video, but i have a problem with substance filter, i can't find my contrast filter, do you know where i can download it ?
Should come with substance by default. Maybe reinstall.
Mixing Two colors jeans download link Textures please ?
how did u get the strands of thick thread near the worn patches ? i didn't notice any strands in the uv u showed..
they are actual geometry. I wouldn't say that is a great way to approach torn fibers, hence it's not textured. Maybe use hair for it. They are all uved in a different UDIM.
Thank you for the great tutorial, How do you do the stitches?
It's a brush with alpha inside of painter
@@ArtruismDigital Thank you so much for the help. Thank you again for being so kind, you are awesome!
Can I ask how you did the stitching in the jeans? Did you Hand paint? Cheers!
It was brush with a stitch alpha that came with Substance Painter.
awesome tutorial! could you provide us with the jean textures you used though? or provide a link? :)
It's a purchased texture, can search on Meganscan, you can find something high quality.
@@ArtruismDigital thank you! really appreciate it!
@@ArtruismDigital on quixel megascans there aren't any textures found when you search "denim" or "jean" :( so confused how to find this
Ma,am can you send me the project file pls
What application is this?
Hello !
Newbiezz here
What is UV ?

It's used in both.
Do you have any tips on how to get stitches?
I recent couple video mentioned how to make stitches in substance painter.
@@ArtruismDigital OK thank you I will check it out
can you put the texture in description we all can use it, or is it forbidden ?
It's purchased texture.
