Thrax is the worst key stone behemoth other than urska imo, pretty boring design, no flashy attacks. If we compare thrax to big boi malkarion, thrax is barely anything compared to malk only reason I even slightly like thrax is because of the weapons, LA is useful for safe interrupts, and being an umbral weapon I has to great bonds (if you read all of this you are) *POG*
Revvy, I started playing dauntless again after watching your comeback 2021 series, but its just so overwhelming and I have no idea what to go for, what builds to use, and I just end up looking at my inventory and logging out because there isnt really a good step by step guide on how to progress in dauntless that I can find. Id love to get back into the game but just have no idea what to do when I log in. Would love something like a progression guide from you if thats something you are interested in making and Id hope that a piece of content like that would do well for you.
run through like the very beginning of the game and DONT WORRY abt builds. instead focus on getting all the cells and stuff you NEED for them. then dive into some of the build vids
Splitgate has been fun if you like FPS games and it's free! Currently in beta but just basically Halo x Portal. Deep Rock Galactic is also pretty fun. Can be chill or very hectic depending on the mission. Rock and Stone!
Yeah, I think everyone who plays Dauntless has a love-hate relationship with the game. It's kind of exciting to play for about a week after each major release, but then it quickly becomes stale again. There are lots of quirks that should be fixed, but they continue to go unaddressed. I'm looking forward to seeing the new content you're creating in Naraka. You seem to have way more fun with it. :D
Shadow drask hits... Unreasonably hard and half the time the tail swipe hits me, not at drask's tail, but its head. Like Phoenix labs, if you're making a tail swipe attack here, make nothing else except maybe the behemoth's legs have a hit box *dauntless rant part 1*
I'll be glad when they finally give an alternate way to fight these escalation bosses as it can be hard to find anyone to do the run with, I'm not one for solo'ing the escalations on lvl 10 to 50
@@trionluciar1658 It's more of a playstyle for me. To me, hard escalation is a minimum 2 player run but more fun with a full 4. Then there are each of the legend behemoths. I stopped playing shortly after the fire escalation and came back shortly after the frost escalation. The only one's I'm familiar with is shock and terra due to being used to shock before taking a break and terra due to wanting one weapon that can revive/heal. The rest is more inexperience and I especially hate the frost escalation as it always feels like the frostbite fills up too fast during the last fight and the behemoth loves to be off the floor a lot.
I'm not entirely sure about PC, but I know that on the Switch (at least for me) the button to light attack in Dauntless is the same button to chug health potions in Monster Hunter Rise

As for Monster Hunter Rise, that’ll be coming out on PC by early next year.

?? i can solo them like you still new if so understandable if you have like a month of time on this game you shouldnt be struggling that bad
