    밀가루를 쓰지 않고 배추잎을 사용하여 만드는 배추만두입니다. 다이어트 식으로도 추천드려요
    재료
    배춧잎 20장, 돼지고기 300g, 두부 1모, 천일염 1Tbs, 꽃소금 1Tbs, 부추 약간, 다진파 약간, 당근 1/3개, 다진마늘 2Tbs, 표고버섯 3개, 계란노른자 2개, 맛술 2Tbs, 생강가루 약간, 참기름, 깨소금, 후추, 홍고추 2개

    These are Cabbage Dumplings, made using cabbage leaves instead of flour. They are also a great option for a diet-friendly meal.
    Ingredient
    20 napa cabbage leaves, 300g of pork, 1 block of tofu, 1 Tbs of sea salt, 1 Tbs of fine salt, A bit of chives, A bit of minced green onion, 1/3 of a carrot
    2 Tbs of minced garlic, 3 shiitake mushrooms, 2 egg yolks, 2 Tbs of cooking wine (mirin), A pinch of ginger powder, Sesame oil, Sesame salt, Black pepper, 2 red chili peppers

    예전에 장금이가 만두를 무슨.. 박인가?로 감쌌던 게 기억이 나네요 ㅋㅋㅋ
    이렇게 먹으면 살도 안 찌고 너무 좋을 것 같아요
