    Totally agree with the comment of treating it like a business. The vehicle is an asset that makes you money.

    Awesome video man, I was a little hesitant on the rental car issue for insurance and liability reasons. I had a couple questions though that would be cool to address in a video. What insurance do you use for your cars and how do you decide which one to use on your cars? What programs do you use to decide pricing, popularity of rental, and for fleet management? Whats the benefits and downsides of using Turo? and Whats the best advice to get started in the rental car business? Thanks so much, and again, great video!

    You’re investing in the wrong real estate, my guy. Also, I have a friend with 15 cars on his own credit. So not sure what’s not working for you

      @@campbellsSoup94 ay good for him man if that works for him. Still trashes your DTI, good luck when he goes to buy a house. Even so, shouldn’t have business related stuff in your personal name when you can have it under an entity 🤷🏽‍♂️

    Love the idea but car payments keep you poor. Way better was to make money. But if you love this car then consider it an expensive ass hobby

      @@Craig_Alexander appreciate the feedback! But I’d have to disagree, car payments only keep you poor if YOU are the one paying them 👍🏼 The cars cash flow better than my houses most times.

      @@crownedclub ok but lets say no one pays you for a month. Plus its a deteriorating liability not an asset.

    • @crownedclub
      @crownedclub  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@Craig_Alexander highly unlikely hypothetical, but there are risks in any business. Assets make money, liabilities take money. My cars make money, therefore they are an asset. But I’m not here to debate or try to convince you, to each their own ✌🏼
