Hello. I love your channel. I'm a little confused though by the association of stress with the liver. I've been studying Qigong, Dragon Style kung fu and Chinese medicine for the last ten years. We've always associated stress emotion with the spleen/stomach. Is this just an issue of semantics or do you follow a slightly different methodology? Great information regardless so thank you very much. I'll be sharing this video with my kung fu students, but they will immediately ask me about the stress to liver association in this video.
    Thank you very much.

Quinn Hale thank you for your feedback 🥰 you rock!
Regarding stress and liver, great question! I was always taught stress is a Wood overacting on Earth, it creates LV Qi stagnation first then may overact on SP/ST creating St Qi rebelling upward or SP Qi deficiency. But it can also generate issue for the Heart, insult the Lung by depleting the immune system or deplete it’s mother (KD) and create fast aging (Essence Def.).
LV Qi stagnation symptoms are very stress related: irritability, shoulder tension, bloating and more.
Hope that makes sense 🙏 💕

@@Acuproacademy thank you for the response. You rock as well 🐲!
That does help. I think we're very much on the same page, and I'm grateful for the time and intent that you put into these videos. Maybe one day I can give back to you in exchange for all the good that I've received from this channel.

Definately relate to all of that... I have been thro chronic ongoing stress due to an abusive ex husband i had kids with. It has done all of those interactions. Trying to build my spleen qi did not do much, but kindney yin supliments massively helped my liver pain.
Its been a total mind field!
I worked with a tcm practitioner for over a year. It was so helpful to ask lots of questions but I managed most of my improvements navigating it on my own... I wish I could study this as my 11yo is also not ok from all the abuse!
