Hey all! I just want to make this clear, these aren't in CTGP yet! I have a good feeling that you will see most of these in future updates though! Shout-out to all of the creators making insane tracks every month. I love the growth that this community has been in the last year and I'm happy that I'm here for the ride.
Of all the tracks shown I think Wii U Rainbow Road is the most fitting for the Halloween theme of the video. Cos Squadaloo must have used some sort of witchcraft to get it working so well on MkWii. Insane. Great showcase as always!
Great showcase of some top-notch tracks. Wii U Rainbow Road is sooo good. Hope we can get more great MK8 tracks like that. Thanks for showcasing GBA Snow Land v2.0. Another semi-minor update is in the works until its planned addition to CTGP within the next few updates. Can’t wait.
Hell yeah! It's easily my favorite reimagining of sunset wilds! Hopefully people don't get confused how I showcased it, since I wanted to show-off the day/night effects.
@@Black-yz3db I can say with confidence it will not be added to ctgp due to some drivability issues (most notably the end). but feel free to put it in your my stuff folder!
Did you see what Mario Kart tour did to GBA Cheep Cheep Island and GBA Sunset Wilds? Those tracks got absolutely butched, shortened, and oversimplified. At least MKT did a bang up job at updating N64 Choco Mountain though.
Very solid fall-themed showcase to get the, ahem, Halloween *spirit* going. I came up with some more ideas for GP cups, this time of course being Halloween themed. Pumpkin Cup (my ideas) 1. All Hallows’ Circuit 2. Spectral Sprint 3. Pumpkin Festival 4. SM64 Big Boo’s Haunt Trick-Or-Treat Cup (retro tracks) 1. SNES Ghost Valley 3 2. GBA Broken Pier 3. N64 Banshee Boardwalk 4. DS Luigi’s Mansion BONUS: Battle Stages 1. Distortion World (from “Pokémon Platinum”) 2. Scary Woods 3. DS Twilight House 4. Costume Conundrum 5. GCN Luigi’s Mansion
Boo Lake, Superstar Dystopia, and Thump Bump Forest look absolutely fantastic! Those 3 stood out the most here, and could probably pass as official tracks
Thump Bump forest is a Top 5 track for me now. Love the combination of the orange fall colors and pumpkins with the bright purple. The pumpkin goombas are amazing and the Broozers look great as well. Overall outstanding theming, colors, and design.
Upload time couldn't have been anymore perfect, I just looking around on the Wiiki for custom tracks about an hour ago. Also love the edits and transitions between each course 👍
The fact that Wii U rr looks so faithful to the original proves that mkwii had so much more graphical potential ready to be used that Nintendo refused to try out. It looks magical for an underpowered console
Since Blue Loop is above quality compared to the other Loop tracks, I think the others deserve similar treatment. We definitely reached some new highs in custom track quality this month!
These tracks are cool, especially the remakes! To me, I like the night theme on DS Cheep Cheep Beach, but I do think it should also have its original sunny theme.
I need more paper Mario and Mario & Luigi themed tracks. Hooktails castle such a cool idea I wish you could actually go up to where you fight the dragon and like blast back to the start from up there.
Well first, I don't know if you can use USB's. I only use SD cards. Also, you need to follow a "MyStuff" tutorial on youtube. When you download tracks, I highly recommend you downloading CTGP first. (Then you can put the downloaded custom tracks in the MyStuff Folder through CTGP). It a little hard to understand at first, but I promise, it'll get easier.
Just gonna put this out there and say superstar dystopia is the best track of the last year. Also if you ever want video footage of some of the newer custom tracks I would be happy to send you ghost files/recordings of gameplay I have done on them (For example, the new DS Wario Stadium that's coming to CTGP around Christmas th-cam.com/video/z5-hmKTjZQc/w-d-xo.html)
I'll keep that in mind! That run you linked was insane. I've been enjoying getting better and better at mkw, and recording gameplay in these videos help me practice!

9:43 that editing is seamless. wow
fantastic tracks too of course. there were a lot of great ones this month.

omg that wii u rainbow road is so good, i had to double take and process the fact that it wasn't wii u footage
I agree! I was in shock when I was playing it.
Woah, I'm absolutely in love with those high quality GBA remakes. They look so colorful and alive!
Track so good it made into two monthly videos :D
Amazing tracks all around! Great month!
Hell yeah! It's easily my favorite reimagining of sunset wilds! Hopefully people don't get confused how I showcased it, since I wanted to show-off the day/night effects.
Dude I hope your track gets added soon, might actually make me pick sunset wilds
ur sunset is wild
@@Black-yz3db I can say with confidence it will not be added to ctgp due to some drivability issues (most notably the end). but feel free to put it in your my stuff folder!
I utterly fucking revere this trend of graphically overhauled GBA/SNES tracks set in realistic places. Boo Lake
Did you see what Mario Kart tour did to GBA Cheep Cheep Island and GBA Sunset Wilds?

Nice, great tracks this month. And thank you for fraturing Dragon's Den!!
This is a great video! Keep up the great work and thanks for including Blue Loop!
Blue loop is awesome man! Keep up the great work!
@@MarioPower55 thank you!
Wow! Lots of sick tracks being made in recent time. SquireTurnbolt is definitely turning some heads with their work!
Timestamps say "Thump Dump Forest" lmao. Also, I hope Treacherous Abyss gets a wiiki release.
LMAO. Hold up. It's fixed now* Auto-correct moment.
@@MarioPower55 we need a weirdly brown version now
Nooo mayro shoulda let them keep it. Thump Dump Forest is my hometown

Pumpkin Cup (my ideas)

3. DS Twilight House
4. Costume Conundrum
5. GCN Luigi’s Mansion
some real gems in this one
Overall, a pretty good roster of custom tracks. "Superstar Dystopia" is my favorite of the bunch. :)
I like how the new Blue Loop looks.
I hope it gets into CTGP.
Boo Lake, Superstar Dystopia, and Thump Bump Forest look absolutely fantastic! Those 3 stood out the most here, and could probably pass as official tracks
I always looks forward to these videos. They’re great, and this one is no exception!
Thump Bump forest is a Top 5 track for me now. Love the combination of the orange fall colors and pumpkins with the bright purple. The pumpkin goombas are amazing and the Broozers look great as well. Overall outstanding theming, colors, and design.
The Thumb Bump Forest looks SO good, it's incredible.
Been waiting for this!! Good vid + tracks (like always).
so glad the loop tracks are still getting updates, i remember back when i avoided them like the plague 😫
i was crying tears of joy when i saw mario kart 8's rainbow road without its anti gravity, in mario kart wii.
that track is a pure masterpiece!
I hope these new versions of Boo Lake, Cheep Cheep Beach, Sunset Wilds, & Snow Land get into CTGP.
I agree! 100%!
rainbow road do be looking fresh tho
Upload time couldn't have been anymore perfect, I just looking around on the Wiiki for custom tracks about an hour ago.
Also love the edits and transitions between each course 👍
Wow these are nice tracks especially the 2nd one It's so cool! I Might download some of them!
Your Editing & these Tracks are always awesome man ! 😁
Thank you!!

The glowup for Boo Lake and Sunset Wilds is real.
Treacherous Abyss, Dragon's Den and Superstar Dystopia are my favourite by far
Wow SquireTurnbolt made such an amazing track! congrats to him!
Since Blue Loop is above quality compared to the other Loop tracks, I think the others deserve similar treatment. We definitely reached some new highs in custom track quality this month!
I agree! Loved every track in this video and I truly think all of these have a chance to get into CTGP.
Theres so many good retros now I wish CTGP had a Nintendos only mode :*c such good stuff tho this community is amazing
Hooktail castle may not be up to ctgp standards but it was still fun to see. Would like to see some more paper mario ttyd inspired tracks
For sure! Loved seeing such an iconic level be turned into a track!
These tracks are cool, especially the remakes! To me, I like the night theme on DS Cheep Cheep Beach, but I do think it should also have its original sunny theme.
Yes! Another video!
Wonderfully splendid tracks! ❤️️
It's kind of ironic how Mario's voice is cut in this video considering that Charles Martinet is no longer voicing Mario in the new Mario movie
Lol, I never thought about that.
I need more paper Mario and Mario & Luigi themed tracks. Hooktails castle such a cool idea I wish you could actually go up to where you fight the dragon and like blast back to the start from up there.
The Paper Mario series is some of my favorite games of all time. I agree!
keep up the great work!
I wants to see a track where the driver can drive threw a mash up between DS Figure-8-Circuit and Wii-U Rainbow Road
Boo Lake looks soo impressive compared to GBAs
Now what's the optimal way in doing that iconic shortcut in Wii U Rainbow Road?
(3:16) That shortcut never existed before
Please add the new Sunset Wilds version in CTGP!
SAME FOR GBA SNOW LAND
3:23 Nintendo's wishes they had come up with this idea themselves.
Hey did you know why when I dowload an .szs files and put it in my USB that didn't work?

@@MarioPower55 Well I know I need to put it in my stuff but the problem is this download in Bloc-Note and idk how to modificate it...
Oh yeah
i want to play mariokart wii again
that wii u RR is better then MK 8's own RR
Just gonna put this out there and say superstar dystopia is the best track of the last year. I will mod my switch soon
I never play Mario kart wii for a long time😓😖😭
the best rainbow road is in Mario Kart 64
That one's boring af. Nostalgic for sure, but boring.
I gotta say, that one is very nostalgic to me. MK64 was always on my tv when I was young!
