I just found your channel and I love it! You are just what I was looking for. I'm in the process of researching how to start a home-based catering business, and I was just wondering how to get started.
I'd like to know how do you decide how/what to charge per job/per item?
What resources, as far as cottage laws, business insurance, tax laws, etc, did you use in researching and planning your business?
How do you store your inventory in such a small space?
Did you start out financing yourself, or did you go to a bank, family, etc, and how much did you invest in start up cost?
Those are just a few questions I would love to know, as I'm trying to start a small home-based business myself.
