I am genuinely not trolling here when I say I think Southgate should go to Man Utd for 12-18 months and it’d be the best thing for them.
With Man Utd, I don’t see it as a player quality issue or a completely inept manager as the players you signed clearly ain’t terrible and ten hag got to semi final ucl so he clearly isn’t as idiot. So there’s got to be more to it than that.
Personally I think United need a good feeling injection and a confidence booster and to get the people into believing again. And one of the best case managers of doing that which most of us has seen is Gareth Southgate.
Whatever you think of the football that was played at England, whatever you think of the results that came in or if they won things or not, the one thing that we saw and all the players came out saying is that they were happy, confident, doing as the manager says, playing the football he wants and I think that’s the best thing United could have for a while and get that positivity and confidence back. I’m not saying he’s a great manager, I’m not saying he goes to many other big teams but I think he’d be good for United. (Also in that, there’s no saying he doesn’t become a fantastic manager and beat the odds)

The discussion surrounding Nunez has to center around his suitability to Slot's system. So far it's not working out for him. If he adapts, he will have a successful career at Liverpool. If he can't, he will unfortunately be shipped. It's a shame because he's talented as hell and can produce at a high level.
Palmer and Saka are two completely different players, Saka is a designated winger and Palmer can play in a few positions.
I like Palmer, he's a great young prospect and has a great future ahead of him but he's still relatively inexperienced whereas Saka, at only just 23, is vastly experienced so is on a different journey.
What I do know is, when we finally get a decent manager in at England, Saka and Palmer will work really well together...... for many years to come.

Saying that, I actually like and rate Nunez, especially because I think he has a lot of potential under the right coaching for him. I don't think he's being coached and, used, in the right way at Liverpool which is clearly frustrating for him.
Would I take him at The Arsenal? Maybe, yes. I would take him because under Arteta, I think he would improve. Arteta has the knack of reshaping players into the best they can be...... for example: Xhaka, Martinelli, Saka, Thomas, Ben White, Rice etc. I honestly think that if he came to The Arsenal, Darwin Nunez would become a different player, his decision making is his biggest concern and I'm pretty certain that this would be addressed under Arteta.
