This build work without tattoo but you will lose 4% max ele res. You can use Rise of Phoenix shield early then swap to rare shield with max fire res or small cluster jewel with Molten's mark and anoint max res/boots implicit

Yes, there is no significant nerf to the build except the boots and 4% max res from tattoo. Swap to rare boots with max fire res searing exarch implicit and cluster jewel with Molten's Mark or anoint and it should be the same. We actually got buff with the new ascendancy overall
I was afk farming simulacrum with this build and watching movie at the same time. Only need to bodyswap once per wave and the ignite prolif kill everything else. I move around to make the wave ended faster and keep the video short
My character only die to kosis jump when he high roll and shotgun you in the face. Other than that, I farmed 20+ simu and carry other player to wave 30 no problem. You may die more on a lower budget

@aceyo955 scorching ray cwc with bodyswap what do you think ?
Good for mapping early because of the auto target but scorching ray is useless because our ascendancy set the fire res of nearby monster to -20%
