So theirs been a lot of issues with the tutorial and people haven’t got it working so I’ll give out the answer to the problems that happened the most.
- Default Loader redirects to regular smash :
1 . You may have the wrong sd card, you need SDHC for this mod to work 8-32 gb sd cards, micro sdhcs may be unstable
2 . You are missing files
3 . You may not have the right disc (Sorry if I didn’t specify the disc type as you need NTSC-U smash disc for this mod this also goes for rom, hence why dolphin is recommended for play due to Wii’s Region Lock

Ya know when I first tried to get this I felt so sad because when I installed my homebrew and stuff on Wii U, got a copy of Brawl to mod it sucked to find out I needed a SDHC and that I couldn't use a SDXC. I wish I knew sooner ngl.
I did say clearly in the beginning as well as in the thumbnail you can see an sdhc if you skipped through the video that is on you at 0:43 I showed the sd I used

I also tend to skip bits of videos 😥 good news is I do have the mod working on Wii U now, yeah it can crash or freeze but no biggie to restart game or system, anyhoo thank you for the vid keep it up 😁

Can you do this on an External Hard Drive than just on SD card? As my computer doesn't have as SD card port.
I think you can, sorry for late response, I do not know how to do it though, all I know is theirs people who have used external harddrives to work roms on wii
If your a moron like me do it like he did in the video. I thought i could just take the folder and drag it to my sd card. No I forgot homebrew has to recognise the "apps" folder before anything could work. So yes go into the folder and highlight then drag. Don't copy it because i had problems with that too, likely too big to just copy and paste or some bullcrap. In the end i got it to work so thank you Puerto
How do you get the 2 other files in the code folder? BOOST.GCT and RSBE01 , I dont have those.

I fixed the link, website is down and didn’t realize my bad
so when play versus it crashes but when i play classic it doesn't at all strange do you know why..

How do you fix the Invalid address error, when usb loading. I got a 7.15gb brawl wbfs
Theirs a discord in the description foe support, but I think it only works with iso, wbfs probably isn’t compatible

i booted up the mod on homebrew channel (default loader, i'm using a 16 GB; SD card) and it sends me to the original smash brawl game. wth did i do wrong?
Do you have the right files on the root of the sd card, and do you have a ntsc-u super smash bros brawl disc, not pal or anything other than ntsc-u

if I have the SD card with all the data, can I just put it into the SD slot in my wii if I don’t have homebrew?
@@octo_gab no you need home brew in order to boot this mod. You can look up a tutorial on TH-cam for homebrew follow all the steps carefully and you’ll be able to boot this mod (make sure yoj disc or rom is NTSC_U)
Hey earlier today I went to a different browser called Firefox, because the Google Chrome browser would not let me download it. I downloaded the project m ex remix file and when I tried to open it up, a message popped up saying "Windows can't open this type of file (.rar). And it also says at the bottom of the message "Try another app on this PC." Where should I go to open the file? Please respond back when you have a chance.

Hello Puerto! I want know how were you able to download this anyway while it says "You can't download it at this time." I tried to download it, it says I can't do it. And I clicked on where it says "Download it anyway?" But it still say again "You can't download it at this time." Is there a way I can still able to download this some way some how? Hey I followed your tutorial step by step and I am having an issue where instead of booting into Pmex Remix it just redirects me back to the homebrew channel. I made sure I had the brawl disk inside the Wii and I have all the things required to do it. I did not have much time to retry fixing it but if anyone knows what I did wrong I would really appreciate it thanks :).
Do you have a ntsc-u disc?
@@PuertoMK Hey so I figured out that the reason it wasn't working was because I didn't give the Wii enough time to register the Disk 😅...But aside from that I fixed the issue.

From when I played it no, not at all, you’ll be able to play it fine just don’t go into subspace you’ll crash it if you go there
I’m able to download the game and get it on homebrew but when I load up default loader it won’t load and says “instruction at 0x80205fd 8 attempted to access invalid address 0x0 read from DAR” I’m confused and wondering why it’s not working
What region are you, you specifically need an american copy of Project Remix, either that or I’m thinking you are missing files try redownloading it and replacing the files

does anyone know how to play this online,my loader (cfg loader)has enbaled use of wiimfii,and i have enabled and saved my configuration to allow games to use it,but when i try to get online on project ex remix it says that i havent allowed for the use of it,althoutg i did it in the configuration and saved it,and when i try to get to play online it lets me enter trough the menu to a certain point until i try to play a match online,it gives me a error and softlocks my wii so i have to turn it off by maintaining the power button pressed,does anyone know how to fix this?

@@supermariopokemon6972 make sure you have your vwii modded with the homebrew channel and with a sd card 32 gb or lower you just grab the files for pmex remix and drag them to the root of your sd card, then just go into the homebrew channel and play through the default loader(you’ll need the disc) Ive tried playing this mod through the usb loader but i could not get it to work
I’ll think about making a tutorial about wiiu, it shouldn’t be much different other than being in the wii menu on a wiiu, I’ll keep you posted.

whenever i press download on the google drive, it works for a minute, then the downloads stops with an error
Might be a router related issue

Hmmm I’ll upload a boost file, then again I don’t think it matters the gct is what you need
How do you do this with USB loader GX
This tutorial is only for the default loader, usb loader gx tut I think is around but for the most part yeah, try looking elsewhere.
There was no boost.gct file in the download.

it has a long load time but if it doesn't load after like 1-2mins try cleaning the disc
You may be missing some files if not you have to wait a lil bit loading times are p long, it’s due to how much content is within this mod, even during selection screen you will face lag
Is it possible to install it without homebrew?

How do I know that I have the right disk??
By looking at the disc itself, bottom of the Nintendo logo read the small text if it says “FOR USE ONLY IN USA, CANADA, MEXICO AND LATIN AMERICA” you have the correct disc

If you need further assistance the discord is in the description but what does it show when you try it? Do you have a specific sd card you use, it has to be sdhc, and only hc regular sd doesn’t work from my info, sdxc doesn’t work either

I got a error code 0x80205fd8 anyone knows that means ☠️☠️
You may be missing a file or two
so i did everything and i have a north american disk but it still loads regular brawl
You might be missing a file try extracting the zip into the required fields on your sd again
