@@jonathanblair5920 the majority of sc2 players are plat1/d3+, in League in comparison the majority part is g4 or down. Most people I know were placed in gold after their first placement on sc2

Being a Gold player I can confirm, we practice for one thing, and if it does not work and the opponent does something unexpected we usually don't know how to react properly.

They are imba smh... I played zerg against a terran, suicided an army against a line of tanks and thought "okay, that's lost, let's just have fun until he finishes me off" and built some swarm host. The guy ate the first wave really bad, then retreated instead of utterly crushing my non existent army. Then he tried to counter them with liberators of all things, which were very easy to avoid. I ended up winning a game I had no right to win given my suicidal tendencies at the start... Swarm hosts imba ;P.
Maybe so, but at least there is something to be said for recognizing that the reason you're silver 1 is because you suck, not because of the game supposedly being imbalanced!

Then each one can upgrade to have a missile, a turret, and a projection, chosen individually by the player: 1) For the missile, you can choose from an anti-armor missile, a seeker missile, or a radiation missile. (Creates an aoe radiation zone on an area or on the targeted unit.) 2) For the turret, you can choose from an auto-turret, a point-defense turret, or a repair drone. 3) For the projector, you can choose from an interference matrix, a defense matrix, or a neutron flare. (Does aoe damage to any unit in the effect but also clears any status effects.) Once a given Raven has purchased a missile, turret, or projector, it can't purchase another of that category. It's up to the player to have the attention and APM to manage diverse loadouts if that's how he decides to go. The aim is to provide mobile detection that's worth buying early, while allowing some limited but much-needed tactical utility to those who git gud enough to use them. (Protoss would need some additional APM-consuming options to balance. Zerg already has the five best spells in the game, albeit down from the six best spells in the game, so they wouldn't need much more.)

He didn't see the lurkers attacking because he plays with his graphics on Ultra. He just recognized them as the autohit-animation of the hydras. Then he went full raven because he thought Seeker Missile was still in the game. This, obviously, was caused by him not realizing, how time passed, induced by the constant overload of graphic inputs his single brain has to process. We got to keep in our mind that he still is just a Terran.

The SCVs weren't attacking the planetary, they just repaired it to full health then stopped. Edit: I guess they did a little at the end there.
